The staff were wonderful. Making payments was a simple process. However, the lock was cut off my unit at one point because someone cut their way through the fences, no fault of the staff. I also paid $140 a month for a unit and my unit was filled with dirt due to the location I was told. Anything of value was no longer of value because the amount of dirt that caked my items inside, again no fault of the staff and not sure how this can be made better for other renters. Overall, I moved cities and needed to discontinue my unit. Thanks for everyone’s help at Vinnys mini storage.
