buildings and entrance aren’t clear. I used the map but buildings are labeled alphabetically and entrances have numbers. the two number pads weren’t clearly marked to tell the difference between check in and door access. there was only one person at the counter leaving the desk unattended for extended periods of time while checking in other guests.
