Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI walked into the the location on New Bern Ave there were 2 gentle men present. It looks like one was teaching the other how to work the system. Neither one acknowledged me so I walked out and called the number and I was able to speak with an agent in the customer service office. He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The store was musky and floors were dirty. I have another storage unit and I can't wait to move out of it.
Sheryl C | Experiencia generalI have used this location in the last and was very satisfied this will be my second time doing business with y'all keep up the good work
Salena B | Experiencia generalNot sure.
boubcar t | Experiencia generalI have had several experiences with this location every single one I would give a five star rating. They go above and beyond it’s just incredible. The manager, Michelle goes above and beyond it drains her people well. She is worth her weight and gold.
Katherine M | Experiencia generalMichelle was always very pleasant and helpful.
Elaine P | Experiencia generalI’ll be honest … i didnt always communicate as i should have. My overall experience at this location was 50/50. I do appreciate U-Haul saving my things but I’ve learned a lot about climate control vs no climate . A lot of my things was ruined but again i had to learn there was a difference. The owner has always been nice to me … Michelle have been helpful as well but her approach can come off aggressive but again it didn’t stop me. I appreciate everything u haul has done for me and I’m glad u still have my stuff. If you ever ask me about keeping my things there again it’s a strong no! The turnover rate is crazy and personalization is everything but again shout out to the owner as he’s always been generous to me.
Christina M | Experiencia generalThank you
MICHAEL R | Experiencia generalIt was clean when I saw it. Great job.
annette w | Experiencia generalThe worker told me that the unit would be swept out before I came back. There was some broken glass in the unit. We just needed it for a few weeks to store a sectional couch. It was free because of the monthly special they were having. I have rented a can and truck there before and have been pleased. I know the worker probably was busy and forgot. Since it was free, I didn’t complain.
AMY W | Experiencia generalThe staff went above and beyond to assist me with any matters I appreciate the support that ws hon to me with such a ruff move I had moving from another state. A special thanks to the manger Michael for his understanding and support. New Jersey SKH
sophia h | Experiencia generalI canceled due to the rate for unit size. Found a larger unit for 1/2 what u haul charges & it's closer to my home.
BETTY R | Primeras impresionesGreat staff
