I had to let my storage go last 10/24 and was told that an auction would be done within 3 months. I had not received another bill since October 24. I got a letter last week stating that I owed 1811.25 after the auction. I am extremely upset that they would rack up a monthly bill for over a year. Otherwise, the staff was great. When I moved from storage unit J719 to J732 (723?) there was a roach infestation after the move. I found this out when I was trying to get rid of items so that I could rent a smaller unit.

The App is a malfunctioning nightmare!! Add to that the fact that they rarely answer the phone and that makes their customer service nonexistent. The unit we were given also had a door that did not stay down on the ground, so when it rained the water splashed into the dirt in front the of unit spraying through the 2 inch crack at the bottom of the door and all our stuff got sprayed with mud and leaves. I would never rent from this facility again.

One Time they Locked out the Wrong Person and the Second time there was No Excuse !!! I get a 3 Day Grace Period but to Lock me out on the Day it was Due was Ludicrous Especially on Christmas Eve !!! Also $170 Dollars a Month is Outrageous for that Small Unit !!! I Rent 3 Units a Block away that are $160.00 a Month that are 3 Times Bigger !!! The price for the unit kept rising- one year it rose twice within one year. I would not recommend this facility to anyone because costs keep rising. Glad I moved out before the rise in cost this fall.
