Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI needed bigger storage to facilitate down sizing.
robert c | Mudanza en líneaIf you can please use the phrase (es) you are all paid off, you don't owe anything, your account is closed, your credit card won't be charged further after closing unit, etc. limbo... .......
JULIO P | Experiencia generalIt was a little frustrating that I had to go home to get my license when the agent said he couldn’t look at a photo of it I had on my phone or any other kind of digital ID.
Nathan H | Experiencia generalI have been with this storage location for close to fifty years and have almost always had wonderful experiences. One employee was not very helpful when my sister was cleaning out my units this month, but most were courteous and most helpful. There was one time when the unit designations were illegible, but the areas were always clean and that problem was addressed. Once in a while I experienced delays in deposits of my payment checks. I don't know if the problem was with the post office or with the U-Haul office. Usually checks I sent at the same time were deposited several days or even weeks before U-Haul deposited my check. I learned to pay ahead to avoid late fees when one check took six weeks to be deposited. It was difficult at that time as I was paying a lot for my storage units, but I got used to it. I want to give a shout out to Sydney Nichols for her help since she came on board. She has always been easy for me to work with and was courteous and kind to my sister and family members who were cleaning out my units. I wish I knew the name of the young man who was also helpful in helping my family access the units. I would like to thank him as well. I also appreciated him checking with me to be sure my sister was authorized to have access to my units. Well done.
DEBBIE S | Experiencia generalSídney and her crew are very helpful and Willing to work with you if you need to transfer to a different size storage, or if you have questions, etc
Hector B | Experiencia generalSidney was so helpful and kind and made the process so easy and smooth! We are so grateful to have been helped by her.
ALEJANDRA B | Primeras impresionesVery clean and very nice employee
Reylayne C | Experiencia generalIt was not obvious that I couldn't access my storage unit 24/7. All of the signage said that I could, so I showed up at 11:00 p.m. one night and my card didn't work. The after hours number did not respond to texts nor phone calls, I finally had to call the company president. Only then was it explained to me after half an hour of confusion and waiting outside that I had to pay extra for this feature that was advertised everywhere.
NATHAN P | Experiencia generalFriendly service and zero complaints Thank you!
Ron Z | Primeras impresionesYour great
