I had a storage unit here for about 4 years. Everything was in good repair and you could see that they were regularly maintaining the units to keep them in good condition. Friendly staff. A++

Had to delay truck return by 2 days and was met with only understanding and professionalism. Office crew went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and re-assure the next renter.

There was a long wait to pick up our truck - the one staff member called for back up help and was told no. While in the store we declined purchasing the $15 insurance for the truck. We swiped our credit card to pay the $28 dollars to use the truck for a day. We then used the truck to drive 8 miles and pick up a mattress. When done we called to confirm the after hours drop off details. We were given clear instructions and later dropped off the truck. The next day when we received an email receipt, it showed that we had purchased the $15 insurance. When I called to ask why we were charged for the insurance, I was told that we had requested to add the insurance during our phone call confirming after hours drop off details. This is untrue. During the phone call the employee did not ask our names or account number and would have no way of knowing who was calling or which account to add the insurance too.

The parking lot is too small. The only place to park the van when I returned it was in the handicapped space. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The guys that was present when we picked up our truck did not know much, but he was new. I would say make sure your employees are better trained. When we came to drop off our truck we had to wait about 15 minutes to be helped because there was only one attendant. However, the lady who helped us was very nice.

Like I mentioned in my pickup location, my initial intention was to drop off the truck and unload everything in Spanish Fork. However, with the discount that "supposedly" got applied I was also offered a free month of storage. When checking for qualifying storage units I found that this one would probably be the best. However, when I got there they weren't able to process my contract because the system still wanted to charge me $90 for the storage unit. After spending all day moving and driving I was then forced to wait 20+ minutes while they figured out how to get me into my storage unit. I was then given a keyfob to open the gate, but it didn't work. They all eventually just let me through to start unloading my stuff while they fixed everything. The manager then stopped by my unit and gave me a receipt and said everything was taken care of. All in all, the staff at this location are very friendly and they were willing to help me out which I greatly appreciated. I really had no qualms with them. It seems like there needs to be some improvement on the process of applying credits/discounts in the system as well as a way to better see changes that have been made to the order. It was slightly frustrating having to explain multiple times that I was given a discount and free month of storage, and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. So that's why I'm forced to say "no" to recommending this location. It's more of the systems and u-haul storage processes that are an issue and not the staff that work there.

The only thing is that they only have one parking stall available when they have all the trucks in. The lady said we could park in the handicap. Which is ok , unless a cop drives by and sees.

The staff member on duty was helpful, but he hadn’t been trained adequately and had only been on the job for a week. He was left by himself, and when he called the manager for help she was unhelpful.

Everything was fantastic, but I arrived right before closing time to turn in my truck (they knew I would take less than an hour with the truck). I was standing at the door and could see that they had turned things off in preparation for closing time, came up and locked the door without looking at me, forcing me to use the online turn in and drop off the key, incurring additional charges. Seemed like a really cheap way of making a few extra bucks. My phone had died, it was raining, so I had to use a strangers phone to finish the turn in and it turns out that you have to take like multiple different pictures, which was very awkward on a stranger's phone. Other than this everything was fantastic. They would have gotten 5 stars if this hadn't happened, but it seems like closing a minute or two early is more important than maintaining customers to this location.

Uhaul's policy of charging a full month's fees for an outdoor parking space, rather than pro-rating by the number of days (since I will only use 3 extra days) has ensured the loss of a future customer

Two employees were working at the time of drop off. After a couple minutes of trying to find our reservation one employee proceeded to go through the checklist acting rather unprofessional, cursing continually and tried to make more conversation than run though the check. While this was happening my wife was inside while the other employee felt it would be ok to tell my wife about her life problems and how excited she was to be leaving Uhaul. Overall it was very awkward.

Ashley is very patient and really good at customer service when she wasn’t feeling too good. She had recently got her tooth removed and was under tremendous amount of pain, yet she was patient.

I think uhaul needs to hire more employees. There were long wait times at the counter. Frustration was being expressed by staff. The vehicles were blocking the entry to the parking lot because there was only one person on duty. This location just seemed very understaffed and very busy! I think they could have used a couple more employees especially on a Saturday in a college town. Just my two cents

There was about a half hour wait because they had so many customers but they were pleasant about it. We had ordered a 10 ft. truck but they didn't have one so they gave us 15 ft. which was great for us because we could do what we needed in only one trip. Thank you for great service and helpfulness!

My initial experience with U-Haul in general was terrible. I reserved 2 hand trucks and 2 furniture dolly's in advance and received confirmation which GUARANTEED the equipment for my desired date. Upon arriving at the location on that date however, the location had absolutely no hand trucks for me. I was understandably concerned about this, but the manager of the Provo River location, Ashlie, took quick action and was able to locate some hand trucks at nearby locations and secure them for me. I am dissatisfied with whoever handled the reservation of my equipment because they guaranteed equipment for me at a location that apparently didn't have it. However, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the Provo River location and the manager Ashlie. If it wasn't for her I would probably still be moving boxes. I can't stress enough how helpful she was in getting this problem sorted out.

Ashley, Isabelle, and Becca were all professional and provided excellent customer service. Ashley was especially patient in answering the many questions I had and went above and beyond in helping me with my moving truck needs. Ashley worked long hours and still managed to be polite and provide great customer service to me and I'm sure others. I've had other unpleasant experiences in years past with Uhaul, and the ladies who assisted me restored my faith in Uhaul and will definitely recommend them in the future.

Check-In was excellent, the Bulldog site had to refer me, b/c they didn’t have a unit for me. I had drove over and checked in < 30 min. Check out was quick and easy too. Auto-pay continued...watch it.

Tried to move in late at night. Found out 24 hour access only available if you paid for it. Didn’t say that on the big 24 hour signs. Horrible website couldn’t pay online. Will never rent another unit
