Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe customer service is very good
Yvonne G | Primeras impresionesThere was a guy and he was unhelpful. But there was a lady who was nice to us.
Ayelen P | Experiencia generalThe storage space was not as described. It is not located on the ground but is a space above ground-floor units that can only be accessed by a mobile stair unit. This made move-in difficult and was disappointing. I think UHaul needs to provide this information in bold print or a popup, just like when you buy basic airfare that has restrictions.
Nicholas W | Mudanza en líneaConvenient and great place to store stuff for the summer. Thank you!
Shauna J | Experiencia generalWhen we first arrived to pick up the truck we reserved. We were told the person before us extended their time so there was no trucks available for us…. The news sucked but the lady was so helpful to find us other trucks near by and arrange a different pick up. As we waited someone came by and dropped off their truck. By a miracle that was the exact size we reserved initially. The 5 stars is for this location, everyone was so helpful and I would have still given 5 stars even if we had to go somewhere else just because she and everyone else was so helpful.
Desiree T | Experiencia generalAbsolutely the beat experience! All our needs were met. We didn't even know all that U-haul offered! Lisa and Big were AMAZING, friendly and helpful. I have never used UHaul, but we will be customers for life! THANKS PROVO TEAM
Gloria M | Primeras impresionesStaff was excellent. Facilities are a little run down but clean.
PAMELA S | Primeras impresionesGreat staff!!
Sameena M | Experiencia generalThe facility is well kept and the staff is very nice. The main downside is the limited parking for storage drop off and pick up. A trailer was taking up all the spots and staff often had trucks parked in the way making everything very inconvenient
Jayce R | Experiencia generalEverything was well maintained and a great price for the amount of space we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful so that setting up our contract and ending it were both very straightforward and quick.
