Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery good
ALEXANDER C | Experiencia generalWe’ve used this storage facility for the past few years for when our daughter comes home from college. Customer service is great and friendly, and moving her things in and out of the unit goes smoothly every time. We will continue to use this U-Haul on Oxford St.
Eileen T | Experiencia generalArthur the manager told me about it. Arthur was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process.
kenneth r | Primeras impresiones😊 Ty so much
Tilda G | Experiencia generalI' saw improvements in the care of the storage units over the years. No complaints from me. I would rent from this site again
Betty M | Experiencia generalExcellent Service
Pedro D | Primeras impresionesI rented a truck and a storage unit and they were both dirty. The truck smelled awful and the storage unit was full of rodent droppings. I had to hunt down a broom and sweep it out myself before I could move anything in. By the time I went back the following day it was full of rodent droppings again. I understand that outdoor, drive up units will potentially have rodent activity but this was excessive beyond anything I’ve ever dealt with at other facilities. I only stayed for 1 month and when I moved out yesterday there was a dead mouse amongst my stuff. I find that unacceptable. I did alert staff to the rodent droppings on day 1 and they kind of shrugged it off. I told them about the dead mouse when I left and they didn’t seem concerned. In addition, I found the entrance to be chaotic with uhaul trucks and customer cars blocking the entrance that is a 1 way. Multiple times I had to go in through an exit (also 1 way) in order to access my unit. I also had to switch to a larger unit which was free for the first month. I didn’t get my money back for paying the first month of the smaller unit which wasn’t free for some reason. I understand that I had originally rented it and paid for it a week prior to my move in but I never even accessed the smaller unit or moved anything into it and I should have been refunded when the larger unit turned out to be free for the first month. It seems as though information given by the staff at the facility is not the same info that is given by the call center when you call the customer service line. Over all it was an annoying experience and I wouldn’t use this location again for trucks or storage.
Lauren S | Experiencia generalI set everything up online and it was easy to do so but they don't give you all the information you need and then you get there and it's a s*** show. You literally start moving your stuff out of the U-Haul and then they tell you no. You're on the second floor in a building a block away They don't tell you all the steps to get going 5 minutes into moving in there. I was stressed beyond belief The place is a dump. It's dirty. There's huge openings at the top of the units. If some skinny person wanted to climb up there and climb into your unit, it's extremely possible. I'm going to be looking for a better storage option. I cannot stay there not only that, I was told online that I had a free month of storage but was still charged at move in The units are small smaller than they say they are and I had to get rid of a bunch of my stuff because the unit wasn't big enough
JEFFREY A | Mudanza en líneaBest moving experience. Everything is right there in one space making it fast and efficient.
Anthony M | Experiencia generalThe climate is not working on the third floor it needs to be fixed repaired replaced asap!
FERNANDO A | Primeras impresionesThe floor where my unit is was 100 degrees while I was moving my stuff in I almost passed out
ZAIRA L | Primeras impresionesGreat staff love the workers who are usually at the front desk very understanding and helpful !!
Margarita C | Experiencia generalPlease please keep the excellent customer service. From start to finish, each location had excellent employees. I don’t write reviews but I wanted just to inform you of the massive difference it makes during incredibly difficult times. Thanks
ashwinkumar s | Primeras impresionesIts been 10 years of wonderful experience! Very convenient and accessible. The staff are very very good and professional. I am definitely coming back soon!
MUYIDEEN I | Experiencia generalI did not get the young gentleman's name this past Saturday the 16th who helped us out. He had a hat on, glasses. I will say he was exceptionally helpful to us, getting us in our unit by coming out and showing us how the security system worked then getting the lift to work. In this day and age where customer service can be blah and almost non existent, it was very refreshing to have someone who seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were taken care of. I wish I got his name but I will this, whoever he is, keep him around and have others model his customer service attitude. It was a very positive experience after a long day of packing up my daughter's stuff from college to have someone who cared about what we were doing. Well done to this location for having a good rep like that. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions Taka [redacted]
