derek g | Overall ExperienceEvery time I visited the storage facility I was treated poorly by the male attendant. The woman was always pleasant. I have rented this unit for 3 plus years on autopay- rarely come and go and was spoken to with disdain and contempt. I would never recommend this facility to anyone based on the treatment I received by this individual. It is also the reason I chose to end my unit rental.

Still waiting for reimbursement. 8 weeks should be reimbursed. My contract 17 yrs ago did not state anything about only whole months would be reimbursed. Pleased up until this mess!!!
