The facility and staff were / are first class: *but* ~ (personal opinion only) ~ the storage fees seemed to escalate quickly. That, & the ridiculous charges for local vehicle rentals - I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY store or rent unless it was short term or a dire emergency.

Consistent smell in north side.
Chelsie R | Overall ExperienceDespite my ratings of convenient hours and helpful staff, I am only basing that on the rare occasions I had contact with staff and/or was in the office/lobby. There were many times I was attempting to locate a staff associate, and none to be found. I would call the office number while I was in the building and still no answer. It was rare that I was there outside of business hours, mostly because the code I was given didn't give me access into the building. Other than those issues, the storage facility itself was well kept and nice.
