Have rented various facilities over the past 40 years and this by far was one of the best. Cleanliness ,safety and security contributed to this rating as well as friendliness of staff.

azalea t | Overall ExperienceWhen I first got my storage unit I was paying 100.00 … I am homeless right now and finances were rough as it was I paid them in time every month… one time I was late on a payment and I called the store for nobody to answer the phone, they sent me to the answering service I asked to make a payment arrangement for a week late and that never went through , after that they raised my unit to 175.00, which was unreasonable for the size of the unit that I had.. and then it went up to 240.00… I went in ad removed my things, after that they were still trying to bill me when I was no longer using one of their units, I called the store 4 different times to inform them that I was no longer there and nobody was ever there to answer the phone.. again I was sent to the answering service for them to not be helpful at all… I called another location for them to tell me that they are notorious for not answering their phones… I will 1000% not recommend this company to anybody looking for storage…

LINDA H | First ImpressionsYou get charged a fee for 24 hr access & you advertise 24 hr access, my account didn't have that until the day i moved out, you get charged a fee for every convenience, which isn't exactly affordable. There are certain employees who don't do certain parts of the job (ie removing uhual's locks) & then they are rude when you go into office to get removed & the locks are put on if you are 1 day late, there is no grace period like @ most storage places. Trying to get a hold of someone in the office is next to impossible. & I moved out on the 7th. I didn't get a refund for the last 23 days of the month.

DANIELLE C | First ImpressionsPlease be careful when reserving online, there are more than one U-Haul located on Pole Line Rd. 3945 Pole Line on the corner of Quinn is my favorite location. I have rented trucks several times from them and they made my moving experience a lot easier. I want to Thank the manager (sorry I can't remember his name) and all his staff for helping me.
