The storage units are a lot smaller than what is advertised like a 2-3 bedroom 10x16 is more like a 2 bedroom like literally just the bedrooms. U-Haul does not have a garbage like if something breaks for instance we were moving a mirror and it broke and there was no garbage in site and you might as well bring every broom to every haul just in case too because not everyone packs their broom in their storage at first. The units seem neglected like they could use a sweeping around once in a while especially by the loading section because you will find like lid caps and just ppls junk where the reuse is supposed to to be and looks is important for me. I do not think they are worth the money. I do not wish to tell them this before I leave my review.

shontell s | Experiencia generalLittle pricey
Jonathan r | Experiencia generalDaniel and Sam, we’re so kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire moving experience from start to finish. From multiple truck and trailer rentals to storage unit and Dolly rentals, dealing with the unexpected passing of a loved one, falling and breaking my wrist in the process during the move out, their compassion and assistance made the experience possible, and so much less stressful to navigate. I sincerely appreciate all the support and help they provided throughout the entire process and would highly recommend the Uhaul on Yellowstone for anyone looking for assistance with their rental needs.
Karin C | Experiencia generalThe latch on my storage unit seemed rather flimsy. It did make me feel a bit uncomfortable due to the value of the contents. But it was located inside of a secured building which was good.
BRYAN M | Experiencia generalSucks that I had to pay full month in order to move out even though I was 5 days past the last due date
Derik P | Experiencia generalWe just needed a place to store our daughter's stuff (in college at ISU) for the Summer. She's a Senior this year now. Thank you for your service.
Jason C | Experiencia generalThe little gal who welcomed us was so very helpful making sure we had right size unit and ground level to minimize walking as my knees are bad.....she went above and beyond her job description......thank you U Haul for hiring customer relation staff....
Joyce H | Primeras impresionesThe staff is incredible and in my entire life I have never felt more welcome in any establishment than this Uhaul. Above and beyond in every regard, my interactions with the staff were always pleasant and they deserve recognition from the company
Holden M | Experiencia generalMy unit was on the outside of the building. When I moved out yesterday, I discovered there had been a leak from under the door. The water had gone 2 feet into my storage unit. Everything in this area was moldy and ruined, including the new bathroom vanity that I had bought to install into my bathroom we were remodeling, but was being stored in the unit until we were ready for it.. Also, several boxes of books were ruined and moldy as well as many other things. When I got to the back of the storage unit, there was a ton of mouse droppings. I'm assuming the mouse came in under the door seal where there must have been a gap. The sliding mechanism on the door (where you put a lock on it) was extremely hard to shut, like it wasn't aligned very well. Outside units need updating!
SANDY E | Experiencia generalI will definitely rent from U haul again.
MARGIE W | Experiencia generalDaniel your manager is excellent!!!! Great customer service!!!!
STEVE B | Experiencia generalOnly problem with the storage facility was they seemed to keep having problems with the security system. The pass code access was hard to see west facing when checking in or out at times of day. As we moved out a service technician was working on security system. Good job on addressing problems.
