Upon arrival they did not have the size of storage unit I reserved online. I had the truck full and movers with me. I had to wait an hour to get my unit while paying movers. They then tried to get me into a smaller unit. My items would not fit in a smaller unit. They then gave me the next biggest size unit that cost more than the one I needed. They gave me a free month and said I would just pay the rate for the size I wanted. When doing paperwork the young kid at the counter said I would have to talk to Manager about that even tho the manager knew and was out cleaning the unit they were giving me. The lower rate was not locked in and my paperwork states I have the higher rate. It is still not resolved but I needed to get my items in storage and the truck back to a different location. All in all a stressful situation and one the could have been avoided. The system is in shambles when you reserve but don't get your unit.Tana C. | First Impressions

Quoted price and booked online. Was told zero dollars. Cool. Got email to come in and sign. The gentleman at the desk made it seem as though he was doing me a favor by giving me a month free, then proceeds to tell me how he "can't wait til all the mask stuff is over, Texas and Florida did it and we are next. It's just like the flu, flu kills bunches of people all the time... " Im just trying to get a storage unit... and he is alone today, I will have to come back another time to get access to my new unit. The experience was not only inappropriate but concerning. So the staff in the office are very friendly and helpful however the storage facility off 19th n Hatcher is ridiculous. There are too many narrow turns and is very hard to maneuver around with a trailer.. What I do like is that I have 24 HOUR access because of business relations.Roger L. | First Impressions

The new GM Richard is really doing a great job bringing back the storage facilities to being a nice safe place to store your stuff or house your inventory for your small business. The clean up he’s done since taking over has been incredible. Spending money to to make sure security cameras can actually see people who might be trespassing and prosecute them shows those who might think about doing something a second thought knowing those cameras got a huge upgradeLee K. | Overall Experience

Last year I had my storage broken into a lot of my belongings were stolen and my T.v and other Electronic things I never got nothing back but you guys decided to raise my storage so how can I be happy when you guys our greedy it's a pandemic and I still have to more then I should be .Jane Y. | First Impressions

Let me first start by saying getting ahold of the direct location is ridiculously difficult. I called customer service 3 times and nobody could connect me. I set up a reservation for my boyfriend to move his stuff into storage, when he arrived at the storage place he was told he wasn’t listed on the reservation EVEN THOUGH I had called ahead of time and spoken to CS and was told that his name was on the reservation and they’d even notate it in the system so there’d be no issues. Then when they finally allowed my boyfriend access, he went to the storage and there was a note on it stating that access was denied due to non payment...obviously they gave us someone else’s storage who hadn’t paid their Bill. I’m extremely frustrated that it’s this difficult but I’m expected to pay $84 every month. Can’t even use the dang unit. I won’t be doing this again.Emily B. | First Impressions
