KIMIKO H | Experiencia generalVery nice and well secure place
Keith M | Experiencia generalIf your in need of a storage unit then this is the place. Great staff. Customer service is also great. The price of units meets all standards if not cheaper than surrounding areas. I rented 2 units for a year and a half. Payment was automatically taken from my bank account which made it easy to keep up with. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
Sandra D | Experiencia generalI have already made a reservation with them again!
Richard B | Experiencia generalHad a great experience.
Krisy W | Experiencia generalStaff was courteous, professional, and understanding.
Robert V | Experiencia generalI've utilized Lakewood Storage on several occasions for offsite storage. The facility met all my needs and I will use Lakewood storage again when the need arises. I would highly recommend.
MIKE D | Experiencia generalThe storage facility is excellent, but what makes this a 5-star review are the people. I’ve never been made to feel more like a valued customer than here. Greatest group of people ever!
David S | Experiencia generalLakewood Storage staff went above & beyond ecpectations. The storage unit was perfect and safe! Would recommend highly.
THERESA R | Experiencia generalScheduled this storage unit almost three weeks ago and when I called to try and get in I was told that the size that I reserved/needed was not available. Online order did nothing.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesProcess went relatively smoothly. Still not sure why check-in clerk requested social security number.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesVery nice consumer service.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesStorage place is clean and nice no problems with them at all. However be careful when using webselfstorage.com, they charge your card 6.95 and hold it hostage until you do feedback. Just go in.
