I dropped the trailer off, took pics since no one was there. Very isolated. I drove around the security camera area of mini storage to show I returned it and took phone pics. Then called uhaul to tell them I dropped it off then representative said I needed to go back and upload pics from their lot. Too isolated to go back there. Never any instructions as to that being the procedure.

Everything we fine on the truck, but it has obviously been smoked in. Also, the service engine light was on. I assumed out was fine but out as a little concerning. The return process was confusing at the end. The website said lock the truck. The key box said leave it unlocked. That caused a lot of back and forth across the parking lot.

We replaced the gas and they still charged is 8.80 for gas. The gage read over 3/4, whatthe paper askes for. I will not use again and I will let everyone know why they shouldnt either. This is very dishonest!
