The staff is excellent. He was super helpful when I started the rental. I had to change the card that I had on autopsy, he was great and when I notified him that I was done he was amazing as well. His office is super clean and smells amazing!

Kristy H | Overall ExperienceThere are no light down the rows of storage units which makes it feel unsafe after dark. Also, the owners son put a lock on my unit , even though I always paid a week in advance and never missed or was late on a payment which was inconvenient when I went to the storage unit one day. Took 2 hours for someone to return to the office to remove it. Said it was their mistake. But, the attendant at the office was always very helpful and respectful so they have that going for them.
