Amazing job by the woman at the counter who cleans trucks, assists customers and does administrative duty, she was great to talk to and made my choice to use Uhaul an easy one
I had a good experience over all with the exception of a few minor computer issues that were ironed out quickly

There is a young man who always helped me. We always talked about our pets. Best experience ever. He was so awesome. I spoke to glen one time and he was also amazing. I am so grateful.
The staff member that assisted me was incredibly helpful.
My only complaint is after having autopay set up when ordering the unit, I was charged a late fee for nonpayment the first month. I’m not sure what happened but I was very disappointed to be charged extra when I made sure that auto payment was set up day one.
I honestly would recommend U-Haul to anyome the staff are exceptional very helpful. I had a hard time understanding a few things and they helped me understand what they were explaining. I would give them 10 out of 10 stars.

Already left a Google review, y'all where awesome. 7pm is a little early for self-access storage units to close, but I'm sure the staff doesn't want to have to work late everynight, so it's understandable!
