Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haul1) I was charged $40 more per month than what was advertised in your store - on site. 2) It ALWAYS takes 15-25 minutes to be waited on -on site. 3) late fees are astronomical.
Teresa D | Experiencia generalHad to go to two locations to pick up trailer and truck. When time to move into storage had to go through 2 storages on our own because 1st storage roof was caved in then 2nd storage was occupied until finally getting a storage that worked.
kieona r | Primeras impresionesI had roaches in my storage like a lot and ima still trying to get rid of them I have never had such a traumatic experience with storage then when I called them to complain regarding this situation they clearly told me it’s my fault for using such as business to hold my things ima so sad about this situation and these roaches😩

cira g | Experiencia generalIt was very hard to get inside of the gate. They could not get the code to work correctly for me. Also, they gave me a storage that was already in use and took forever to give me another storage. I literally just had to pick my own and let them know what number I chose because customer service was not acting quickly or anything. I was stuck there for over 30 minutes just waiting alone.

Jennifer V | Experiencia generalU-Haul truck was on empty. When talk to customer representative. He explain that the people that had it last brought it back on empty and the charge them for it. They did not put gas in the truck. Also they told us that we had to do it ourselves. The truck was making sounds and we was driving it and we wasn’t sure that the truck was going to make it. The experience was overall bad and the only thing I actually appreciated was closing out my storage
