Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy associate Tyler was incredibly helpful in assisting me with purchasing my unit. Couldn't recommend this location more!
Jason D | Experiencia generalBrett was always so so nice and helpful to me, very good person!
KIMBERLY H | Experiencia generalI moved out before my time expired. I didn't tell anyone and when I went back to close out room there was a lock on the door. I was not given an explanation for this. I still had time on contract but not given access because someone put lock on door
RANDALL S | Experiencia generalEverything was fine facility-wise, but the price point was becoming unaffordable. I moved my things to the storage facility across the street because they had the same size unit, inside, for half the price of what I was paying at Uhaul. Thank you for helping me keep my things safe for the time, but please consider that many clients may be on a limited budget.
anna s | Experiencia general1. I had numerous water leaks over my 15+ years as a customer that damaged some of my items. U-Haul and the Insurance provider just road blocked any compensation, and it was ultimately not resolved. 2. The many price increases were ridiculous, and I didn't see any facility improvements. 3. I was paying for climate-controlled storage, and it was just as hot inside as it was outside. 4. There are several other storage facilities, and I would never store my items at a U-HAUL facility again.
BYRON L | Experiencia generalI appreciate the one month free however Ive used Uhaul for years.. lets start with the horrible smell thats presented as soon as you walk in.. thr is always old furniture or items near entry. Now about my unit, it appeared to be very clean, I sprayed my unit every other day for a month. I moved out Sunday but was unable to immediately unpack until Monday. Not even 10 minutes of 2 beds being put together bugs began to crawl on beds… they are everywhere in my home and im not sure what they are. I went back to unit on Tuesday of course my unit was still open. I observed the same small bugs in the unit and was able to record as proof. I called the claims line and ofc he spent 45 minutes wasting my time knowing I didn’t have insurance on a unit that was 1 month free. So no coverage but its Uhauls fault. Im so disappointed and I should have known bc the facility smells so bad. I will be taking this to corporate.
AUTUMN M | Experiencia generalNice place. Good staff
markadam m | Primeras impresionesThe only problem I had was the price would go up every other month. It was too expensive.
crystal w | Experiencia generalI had a total of two units over 16 plus years. I was late 3 days last month and charged a $20:late fee. At $100"a month.....you do the math. DONE
MARYLYN P | Experiencia generalFast service & reliable trucks. Employees were very nice , polite. Zero complaints.
