Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulStaff is friendly but did not communicate with me about not receiving payment after she told me I was on autopay so I didn’t need to pay by check in Jan.. that resulted in no payment for 2 months. With lots of late fees. No text, call or mail notice received until middle of February when she called me!

I wish they would have emailed or called me instead. I made payment a few days late and they did not remove the lock at that time. Other than this issue we were happy with the rental unit and office staff.
