ROBERT M | Overall ExperienceThe “manager” Nancy is everything but helpful. I made a reservation there 1 month behind my mock g and they just lost it. I place my reservation again for the storage and the truck for the next moving and they change the pick up 1 hour away for my storage when I supposed to have in the first time. I paid extra hours to the workers, my gas, the tolls and my time to pick up the truck. The manager was mean and helpless.

Adelaida Q | Overall ExperienceWhen I made the reservation weeks in advance I rented a furniture dolly and a regular dolly. When I went to pick up the truck I was informed that they do not usually have the equipment to rent. This is not helpful to find out in moving day.
