Craig L. | Overall ExperienceThey never answer the phone when you call. It goes directly to Uhaul help center. It's an indoor facility but there was water in my unit and got my mattress wet. I rented a truck with an appliance dolly and when I picked it up. They had no dolly so they gave me a smaller one which was not enough for my bigger items to go up some stairs. The reservation was made well ahead of time and they should make sure they have the equipment that is reserved.
