I choose this site based on what I have become to expect from Uhaul facilities. Clean. Well lite. Easy access. The only downside they didnt allow us to use the trash. It was appearant they were strict about that because the whole time I had my things stored there the trash remained empty. I feel as though if we are paying to store our stuff the customer should be able to use the trash. What we pay to store belongings certainly covers the cost of trash disposal.

That is totally not my fault when I drove for 10+ hours to get there to clear out the locker. My locker was correct but there was still a pad lock on it from when it was paid later ash’s he issued some corporate bs reason as to why. Also my bankruptcy filing resulted in an automatic stay that this company refused to acknowledge. That’s illegal
