She assumed things without asking me then when I would ask questions we would have to go back and fix errors on the contract. When I asked where my unit was located on the property she told me to just drive around til I found it. The only saving grace was Josh, who when finished with the customer he was helping was able to answer my questions and was very friendly.
Trevor K. | First Impressions1- when I first booked a unit it was supposed to be 10x20, which I found out when come to the facility it was over booked and had to take a 5x15 which was too small ( didn't have a choice) 2- first month rent got charged 2xs and the person I talked to had no idea how to resolve the issue 3- the app wouldn't let me close my account and mark moved out two days before time for rent, but still charged for rent because of left stuff in unit ( you changed me twice so it's would be fair you clean it my opinion)

When I purchased the unit, I thought the rental truck was included because it showed 2 items in my cart... I immediately called the store and they couldn't find a single reservation but I had emails that said otherwise. I call the U-Haul customer service line, she couldn't find anything either... Now 2 days later I received an email stating they "hated to see me go"... I've not received a reply on whether I'll be able to get my money refunded or not ..
