I NEVER have seen the storage unit to be able to rate the unit itself... When I purchased the unit, I thought the rental truck was included because it showed 2 items in my cart... I immediately called the store and they couldn't find a single reservation but I had emails that said otherwise. I call the U-Haul customer service line, she couldn't find anything either... Now 2 days later I received an email stating they "hated to see me go"... I've not received a reply on whether I'll be able to get my money refunded or not ..

Customer service was horrible, and communication was a 0! Next time don't allow some one to rent a pickup truck online for 4 days then when you get to the location to pick up say you can only rent it for 2! Will not come back to this location ever!!!!!

Milage was wrong on paper work verses milage on truck had a little over 1/2 of a tank of gas paperwork said had 3/4 of a tank was wrong as well was charged what was on paperwork not what was actually correct in all reality was well over charged and will never return to this location

The old woman on the front desk was very rude and mean towards me. She said to her colleague she does not know why people keep coming into the office where she works. And also asked me if I have a problem with African American people. This same woman is a black American woman and am an African lady just look at how she treated me and then she will later say White people are Racist. I wish she would be fired because this kind of behavior of hers can make the Company lose soo much customers. Please hire professional people not arrogant and frustrated beings. I had to even beg her just for Peace prevail can you imagine.

Truck had a lot of damage and a bumpy ride. They said it was 9/16 full but it was less than half. And they called me a day later looking for the truck, but it was already returned.

Try not giving someone a truck with the check engine light on for starters. Also would have been nice if the windshield wipers were checked. They didn't work well and it was pouring while driving the truck yesterday. When I returned the truck, I told the attendant of the issues and the response I was given is ,"yeah it's and old truck." He had not a care in the world if we broke down or not due to an "old truck." If I'm paying for something to be in working condition, I would expect such. Yesterday was NOT the case.

I rented a 10x10 unit but when I returned to put my stuff in the unit there was a Lock on it so I had to take a 5x15 which was not Big enough so had to lose part of my belongings because I couldn't afford to pay for another unit this was My only day to get it done and this happened

My lock was cut off, they called me after they cut it off with an attitude, saying I needed to come pick up the key to my new lock, they had to cut it off to check if it was someone else's storage!!! Not happy about that, they could've called me before they cut it off, they seemed to be unorganized. Will not be using Uhaul for my storage needs in the future.

Check engine light was on when I picked up truck, steering was very loose and hard to hold the lane. It felt as though I was given a very old crappy uhaul since I was using it for in town use at the same premium price. Originally it was supposed to be $222.00 for 50 mile use in 3 days, I went over on my miles so I was charged an additional $87.86 which is fair however the other charge is for $310.66 which should have included the $87.86. So now I will be calling to get refunded the extra $87.86 charge that hit my account twice!
