When we went to move out the easy sliding door would not open- we had then to transfer all of our Storage items from one floor to the next floor in order to get out of the building with our items. This was very disappointing. No one was around to assist.

There were always a lot of homeless people going in and out. The staff was great. They were very helpful to me when I arrived.
