Online reservation process was awesome! Easy access and move in. One of their employees (Ricci) was extremely helpful!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was tired of hearing an alarm going off every time I was trying to access my unit when I was correctly signed in. Also I didn’t like having to climb up on a ladder to get into my unit. I was able to get a unit that is 3 times larger and I can drive up in front of it for almost half the price.
william a | Experiencia generalGave 4 stars because the only thing that wasn’t explained was the checking in process for the unit it wasn’t until some days later that someone explained it to me.
Josh A | Experiencia generalI will say I’ve dealt with a couple Uhaul places. The 2 fellas I had the pleasure to meet on Sunday August 2, 2026. Marcus was one name and I forgot the others name. These two were there 1st thing Sunday morning. The help they gave was top tier. Excellent service.
Sheila S | Primeras impresionesThis was the only one close by when needed. But where it is built is not at all easy to get in and out of. And with a trailer it is worse. But in a rushed need it was there. The employees are not trained well informed in what size trailer or truck is needed for the size units of stuff being removed. In my case some of my belongings had to thrown in the dumpsters and donated. Also the ck out process was confussing because the employees each told a different thing to us. Please educate your employees so all are on the same page please.
SHARON T | Experiencia generalEverything was great. The lady clerk in Ocoee was fantastic.
ron h | Primeras impresionesNot easy to find. Too much money for a unit I would only need for 4 days. It was recommended when I rented the uhaul truck but a bit misleading. The location that I picked the U-Haul truck up had other more inexpensive units available. Why didn’t the app just reserve a unit at the location I picked the truck up from???? A real hassle on a busy day. Had to pick up the truck at one location in the storage location was in a whole entirely different area. When people are in the process of moving, they need smooth transitions whenever possible. Not more headache and hassle.
Jennifer D | Mudanza en líneaBlake and his entire team, including Tabitha who has moved to another store and Toby are just the best. So helpful with great customer service and wonderful people skills. Jim
JAMES M | Experiencia generalIt was a very pleasant experience.
