When returning the vehicle I informed the person I had put gas in and even had my gas receipt in my hand but she went ahead and charged me for the gas anyhow. Then when I brought it to her attention she printed a new bill resulting in another charge on my card ! Really fast taking the money but 3-5 days to see a refund of the erroneous charge ! Why not review the bill before charging it???

Yes when pick up the van the paper said the tank was full. It was not it was 3/4 full and dirty. So i brought back with 3/4 of a tank of fuel and but i cleaned and they charged me for the rest of that fuel. I will not use uhaul again i will call budget truck rental

the motorcycle trailer was great quality and a good price. 2nd time renting one here and will be back. Several issues: on pickup, system was slow, employees complained this was a common problem esp when raining which it wasn't. My clerk must have been new and not well trained, seemed confused, asking me many of the same questions I already submitted on my reservation etc. On drop off, system was completely down. They couldn't even give me a receipt. I had no proof I actually turned in the unit, what time, condition etc. I was promised they would email me a receipt later which they did BUT not my preferred way of doing business. Online reservation was time consuming. ALL I wanted was a bike trailer, when I tried to check out, I had to go through a half dozen more screens trying to upsell me on blankets, boxes, movers etc. You really need an express or check out now button for those who have a simple single need. Finally, this location is horribly laid out with limited parking and a single lane to return trucks. As I was trying to hook up the trailer I was blocking all incoming returns and customers from surrounding businesses. I then had to slalom around other returning trucks parked in front of me that were checking in. The whole return and check out lane is too small, too cramped, too close to surrounding businesses effecting their customers etc. It's just a total mess.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee which was crap, I was charged 30 buck for pads which I did not use. I will never use that place again. I knew something was strange when they tried to trick me about how many miles were o the truck before I left. Complete B.S.. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

I got the 10 foot truck. I expected a ramp. NO one mentioned that the 10 foot truck is not equiped with a ramp. This was very frustrating and disappointing! It made my move extremly difficult and I wish someone would of at least let me know ahead of time!

I moved out of my unit on March 11th. I was advised to speak with the GM of this site so that I could get a pro-rated payment amount due to the fact that I would terminate the storage rental so early in the month. The GM of this site would not negotiate a better term on this rental and I was forced to pay for the entire month of March even though I moved out on March 11th. This is just not acceptable.

This location was very nice and helpful and highly recommend it. My only issue was that our original destination pick up was not here and we had to drive further than what we wanted due to the truck was not at our primary pick up store. I am glad we found this store and will use in the past but upset that we had to be moved.

This location was very under staffed. The lady that was working was very friendly and worked as fast as she could. It is very uncalled for to only to have one employee in such a big location! There were 4 people in front of us and about 6 or 7 behind us. Most of the people behind us walked out. We waited over an hour due to that fact that they did not have a truck in the system. The one they had on the lot the key was lost and when it was found it was almost stuck in. Lucky my husband knows how to drive. He was able to get it out. The lady finally got other employees to come in after calling several times. When she did the lady that was a manager made a smart comment that it was her day off and she had to cancel her plans. As a former manager of a business this business needs to have a big evaluation! I understand that the manager of the store had a family emergency and could not be there. The lady that was in the store was extremely friendly and very nice! I can not express how awful I felt for her!!! Again this store needs more staff and needs some serious help! One of the people that got a tow hitch put on said they guys didn’t even know what they were doing. THIS IS PATHETIC!!!

We had booked a 15' at a different location, they didn't have it. Had to drive to this location to get a uhaul, only thing they had was the biggest size. So we had to pay more for something we didn't need. Still waiting on a manager to call us back. Will never use uhaul again

The staff was a little confusing they never confirmed if I parked it right and then asked me if I could unhook and move the trailer to the trailer lot and I was like no im not sure how to disconnect it.
