I was only renting a unit for two months and I arrived on December 5th to access my unit and I had a second lock on my unit and it was after hours and no one was available to take it off. I moved completely out on December 6th and found a dead rat on a glue trap, makes me uneasy about ever recommending or renting a unit at this location again. But I was glad it was dead on the glue trap and not alive but have rented from multiple storage facilities and never seen or had a rat in my unit

charlie r | First ImpressionsHomeless people living inside the building multiple times that I went there. Access to storage building during business hours for anyone (no access code needed). Outside lighting not working on many occasions when I went. Fire alarm panel beeping and showing trouble every time I was there (reported multiple times to management). Would not allow my wife to go due to safety reasons and I wouldn’t go without legally carrying a firearm.
