And Debbie, who runs the U-Haul store is very helpful and a very sweet person to work with. She was amazing would recommend U-Haul to anyone who needs storage or rents a truck.

PAUL F | Experiencia generalStaff was extremely rude and did not communicate. Manager REFUSED to allow us to make any partial payments and demanded next months payment up front. As a result I lost my storage unit that had every single thing I've ever had in my entire life. Includiung MANY sentimental items from my deceased son. As well I had MANY legal documents in the storage as well. Staff very often would hangup on me during phone calls because I was DEVASTATED over losing my entire life and staff didn't want to listen or deal with it. I have contacted an attorney and will be suing to the fullest extent possible. And I have made to my mission to let all potential customers know how horribly unprofessional this company is, how I lost my ENTIRE life because the manager REFUSED any type of partial payment and completely devastated my life and will now be rebuliding from ground zero with my children . Would give negative ten stars if I could

STEVEN P | Experiencia generalI rented many times from u-haul over the years, trailers, vans and trucks. l had a storage unit for over a year with u-haul and paid timely. I would have been there another year or more if Deborah had not been over the top and rude and for that reason I left immediately. The place had a card swipe and camera's therefore Deb knew when I was there and saw me moving things in and out etc over the year. Recently she decided to leave a rude note and call the police on me to move my trailer. It elevated and Deb was trashing my name to others renters and said she was going to have me arrested! Good luck with that! I was one of your best most respectful clean and organized renter that you lost because Deb never called me saying you can't use your trailer on the property which FYI I am a renter of a storage unit and have a right to be on the property with my vehicle and source of moving items as I chose. I had been there for hours that day and just left to get a bite to eat and all this insanity happened without my knowledge. Very simply to check, see your cameras and my slide card. For that reason of such ignorant actions U-haul lost a GREAT customer for life. I will never give u-haul one cent of my money again and will inform everybody I know if this insane issue. You should also be aware you can be sued for third party disclosure, Deb had no right disclosing my personal information to anyone. I am not sure what Deb reported to the police but you should be concerned of filing a false police report which is a crime!
