It always took quite a while to even be acknowledged in the office part if you’re waiting for any service or questions.. I followed the directions on moveout procedures and wanted to make sure that I wasn’t charged another month so I was out in a timely fashion and I was still charged. The manager made it right but the people working the front desk need to be a little bit better at acknowledging and helping customers.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFacility very clean and felt new. Staff friendly and professional
CHARLES L | Experiencia generalThe construction that was going on, limited my ability to "drive up" to my unit, which I was paying to do. I emptied my storage unit, as I have not been able to "easily" drive up to my unit in months. This construction has been going on for at least 6 months with no end in sight.
David N | Experiencia generalI had hoped to get a month free last year I got 2 months free. But that was denied when I asked even though on my first visit a few weeks ago it was offered.
David S | Primeras impresionesThis is the cleanest Uhaul I have ever seen.
BRIAN B | Experiencia generalVery nice people to work with and close to my house.
Dana F | Primeras impresionesI can’t say enough good things about my experience with U-Haul. The process started smoothly when I ordered everything in Summerville, SC, and that excellent customer service continued all the way to the U-Haul location in Bedford, NH. When I ran into problem after problem with another storage facility, I was incredibly frustrated and overwhelmed. That’s when Kinsey stepped in—and she was phenomenal! She patiently answered every question I had, went out of her way to help, and worked with me to find solutions to everything I was dealing with. She didn’t just point me in the right direction—she genuinely took the time to help me get everything resolved, all in one day. When I was frustrated, Kinsey remained calm, helpful, and reassuring. Customer service like this makes all the difference. Thank you, Kinsey, for going above and beyond and turning what could have been a very stressful day into one that ended with everything worked out. U-Haul is lucky to have you! ❤️
CHERYL F | Primeras impresionesThe staff was great. Very helpful.
Brandon H | Primeras impresionesThe young lady, Kenzi deserves the credit for the rating and my overall satisfaction with this location. The General Manager did his job very well as his assistance was needed to correct some on-line issues.
Michael W | Mudanza en líneaThe crew at this facility is top notch. Everyone I worked with while renting a truck , checking out of my unit, and returning the truck was super helpful and pleasant.
Stephen K | Experiencia generalI would recommend you to a friend after construction is complete. We had to move our trailer out due to birds constantly pooping on our vehicle. However, the staff was always very courteous and helpful.
