How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am very pleased with the customer service and the storage units we already have a unit just under Kristen Rice-Cook and even though we have closer facilities we have not had better experience than with you all. We initially were just renting a truck but because of the free month we took the opportunity to get a unit we would of needed in the near future but this gives us an opportunity to move at a more relaxed pace and after 15 moving with the Arny this is a blessing. Now we did have some concerns why we were charged the additional 50 plus dollars? I know the gas was right and because of the rain we called and because I did not have my credit card handy the lady on phone gave us a complimentary edit to our reservation. I do take acknowledgement of being later than 4pm but that was my fault not communicating with my significant other the truck needed to be driven to the front. She kept it empty, clean and already put gas in it but parked in front of the storage unit when she was finishing up. I had to leave so I understand the hour if that late but please explain the additional 50 plus? Also when reserving the truck we had been given the option to pay at return if any issues and not use your coverage but when we arrived were told that is not an option with pick ups. I know its not the fault of you guys but uhaul needs to change that as an option. We would like that truck probably 1 more time and a bigger truck in a few weeks or maybe a pod depending on what that looks like

We had to keep the moving truck for two extra days until it was ready. Earlier this spring, we tried to get into our unit, but the system was down and we couldn’t get into the building. The manager did not even attempt to make it right.
