Phyllis M | Overall ExperienceLet me firstly be clear that my experience was no reflection on Madison, her staff or business. She helped my immensely with my situation where I was told from the booking agent that I could store my car and belongings there which was false. Madison promptly told me where I could go to store my car. Secondly PLEASE update your your booking staff on locations that have proper storage, also upgrade the network to reflect those changes daily and that malfunctioning app was a headache and needs proper testing before the next update is released. Also the self storage facility should have one person onsite during business hours instead of the clients and I having to call the help line and drive over to another location to get help. Thirdly I was put on hold several times and transferred out of province twice and once out of the city which was frustrating. But your staff online and off line are very friendly and accommodating and got me where I was going. Thank you for the eventful experience. I truly mean that.
david f | First ImpressionsThey placed me in a storage that was being used so unfortunately that I unloaded all my stuff & had to move it right out because of that then when I pull back up to fix the issue it’s no more available units & I had to downsize
Nikita K | First ImpressionsThe representative stated I would 24 hour access when I hot to the storage utvwas closed. I couldn't unload all my movers was not available the next day. My items git placed on the street I lost valuables. Now the unit is not easy accessible as requested, I can nit drive to door as was mentioned. Plus UT looks smaller than expected & I won't be able ti load all my items as representative stated area was large enough 5-6 rooms. No one can help me promptly.
Jijuana L | First ImpressionsU-Haul staff was suppose to reach out about my rental concerning my storage as well as my truck rental because I was extremely unconvinced during my truck rental due being locked out of the facility. Then when my husband I went back and spoke to the facility the next morning the manager gave us a code to use. Once at the facility we were unable to get into the unit due the unit being locked shut. I then had to spend more time trying to get in contact with the facility to try to get another unit for 30 to 45mins. Causing me to waste more time. Then the manager who I finally spoke with said I help you with this issues and then once I figure it out I’ll call you back. No ever contacted me at all but to ask when I would be bringing the rental back. This was a truly bad extreme. I hope you all get better with customer service. I as well had to deal with water all over the facility that i could have possibly fell in.

Anicia B | First Impressionsi was very unhappy when i found out they sold my unit i had a reservation for out from under me when i took the time to do the right thing and then be forced to take two units split apart from each other which has made the move much harder than it should have been. the only thing that worked in your favor was the young lady at the front desk that was very professional and keep me from losing my mind.

Clinton township U-Haul Store where Madison is the manager, they have everything you need. Staff members Dikka & Jason were very helpful during my moving process, which is highly appreciated.
