Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulJustin and Rowan were a pleasure to work with great customer service very polite
Jesse R | Primeras impresionesMy experience w/ U-Haul was absolutely outstanding. The helpful staff, great hours and secure building is everything I look for in a storage company….so kudos to the Milwaukie, OR store!! The only two items that would take the rating from “outstanding” to “perfect” would be: 1. Rent could be less expensive 2. If there was an elevator on site
BRETT J | Experiencia generalI will miss the staff. They took excellent care of my possessions.
DEBRA T | Experiencia generalIt was just okay, nothing great. I didn’t know there were only stair to get things up and down. Stupid idea. If you only go there on the weekends when there enough people to get service it’s fine. Weekdays are horrible and there needs to be more than one person working. I would never recommend this place. Too hard to get in and out of and no one answering the phone is freaking frustrating. So never again! I gave a one month notice only to be charged again after I moved out on May 30th charged again on the 31st of May. What the point of your rules if the company doesn’t follow them? I’m still mad!!!!!
Gloria G | Experiencia generalEveryone was very caring and understand that moving in general is super stressful. Bryan and Ashley were both great to work with.
SARAH Q | Primeras impresionesAlways easy to rent storage or equipment...Props to Justin, Brian, Kaedin and the crew...👍🤟🤛
JAHNE C | Primeras impresionesPersonnel were extremely competent and helpful.
Howard K | Experiencia generalAccess is difficult due to Uboxes blocking one of the access doors. Access door at far side was often not unlocked during business hours which required me to go into the store and wait for them to open the door.
Jax W | Experiencia generalThe staff that works here have been one of the best! I've been coming to this Uhaul for many years...Always easy to work with!
JAHNE C | Experiencia generalGreat location
Norman B | Experiencia generalJaiden was a great help. She showed me the unit showed me how to get in and out of the door with a card. She was very sweet.
Kray S | Primeras impresionesThe Amazing Kailin 🙋♂️and Awesome JustYn 🤟made it an easy process...as always 🙏 J
JAHNE C | Primeras impresiones24 hrs access to my unit would have been great just because of my hours at work. Little expensive but what isn't lately.
