Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI am disappointed with my experience with U-Haul’s storage business, especially the limited assistance available when customers lose or have stolen keys and face potential security compromises. As a storage customer, I expected to have access to a reasonable, clearly communicated process for resolving a lock-and-access problem. Unfortunately, when I lost access to my storage units, the assistance available to me was insufficient to resolve the situation. The lack of a practical solution left me unable to access my belongings and ultimately led me to abandon the storage units. I understand that storage facilities must maintain strict security procedures to protect customers’ property. However, security policies should be accompanied by reasonable procedures that help authorized customers regain access when keys are lost or stolen. Customers should not be left feeling that they have no viable options when an access issue arises.
Earl L | Experiencia generalThe world knows you all
CASTELLA L | Primeras impresionesVery clean and friendly staff. This could be considered a rough part of our city, yet, I never felt unsafe. They are really good about keeping a safe and secure environment there. impressive. I definitely will be recommending this location to friends
Myra J | Experiencia generalAlways treat the community with respect!
Tolonda C | Experiencia generalNot in the nicest area of town but the facility was well maintained and the inside secure and easy to use. There were people begging for money on one occasion while trying to move belongings in which I felt uncomfortable with, but that was in the alley adjacent to the facility so not sure they could do much about it.
Chad A | Experiencia generalThe clerk was super nice and helpful.
Chad A | Primeras impresionesVery professional and courteous attendant worked with my family to satisfy our moving and storage needs.
