Queen size box spring does not fit on its side becsuse thr frame of thr cargo van. This they should know for people like me tjat ask if it would fit and they said, " yrs a queen size box spring n mattress will fit. I had to use smaller boxes because the 2 queen box spring had to fit in there on an angle. Had to make more miles1 then I expected and the two men didn't want to help any more after thsy. I quess just don't tell people who r not computer literate they fit thank you. Otherwise the staff is great.

My only concern, was when I went to do my mobile pick up the key box was not locked for the key to my van. The door was open and the key was just available. Anyone could have just come and taken the key! Very concerning!

Service was the most miserable experience I have had in a long time with ANYTHING! First location didn’t have my truck for the web pickup option. Drove to location two and they didn’t have the correct size truck available! Then the web pickup code for the lock didn’t work! Cost me about 2 hours of my moving time. Then if that wasn’t enough I now see on my account they double billed me! Worst experience ever. Stay away!

I question the need to take a picture front and back of my license. This is not my first rental and that action hadn’t been required. Also I rented two bags of furniture covers, but only used one. I was not allowed to return the unused bag and was charged for it. Lastly, I put in 1.4 gallons of gas in the truck 10 blocks from the Uhaul location. Returned with the tank 75 percent full, but still was charged 18.00 for gas. Overall I feel over charged for gas and one bag of furniture covers. My experience was poor.

called my son and told him to go to a different location than reservation - that location was in a horrible neighborhood and had no present u- haul representative,then went back to reserved location and had to cancel original reservation - told were getting bigger truck for same price but charged us $100 more as truck size reserved not available what a mess!!!!

Direction for the key pick up could be clear. The vehicles were parked too close together when trying to retrieve it for pick up. Finally due to questions I didn't actually take possession of the vehicle until 30 minute after my pick up time. But was still charged as if I had possession. I would take this option again, time consuming and costly.

Customer service was great. Location was so packed that returning the trailer was incredibly difficult. Trailer leaked a good amount of water. Trailer axle was making a terrible squealing sound. I was embarrassed driving it in town. Mobile return was annoying as I had to take a bunch of pictures and run up my data.

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL EXPERIENCES WHERE I HAVE MADE A RESERVATION SEVERAL DAYS IN ADVANCE, ONLY TO SHOW UP AND FIND OUT THAT THE VEHICLE/TRAILER I RESERVED IS NOT AVAILABLE. IT IS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING HOW UNRELIABLE UHAUL'S RESERVATION SERVICE IS, TIME AFTER TIME. CLEARLY WHEN I WAS "GUARANTEED THAT IT WOULD BE THERE" BY THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE TAKING MY RESERVATION, IT MEANT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THANKS FOR THE FALSE GUARANTEE AND RELIABLY UNRELIABLE SERVICE.

The movers recommended by this location ruined my furniture! I had the insurance, but it did not cover any of the damage! They told me to file a claim on my homeowner's insurance. Did I need to buy this insurance in order to file a claim on my homeowner's insurance??????

Uhaul needs to better coordinate rentals. I was given a confirmation to pick up a truck at one location to move my daughter. Upon arrival there was no truck and was told by owner that Uhaul does this all the time and there was nothing he could do. I called uhaul and waited on hold forever. When I did speak to a representative she wanted to send me to a location a half hour away to rent a truck that needed to be back within an hour. After demanding I needed a truck now she found me a truck about 8 minutes away. I was able to get her moved that day but it was a terrible inconvenience. This is not my first issue with uhaul and will probably be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The experience at this location was terrible. It was a Saturday morning when we went to pick up the truck we had reserved. There was one person manning the front desk, and there was a line of about six customers. Vince (said owner on his badge) was rude to his employee, unsympathetic to his customers, and left much to be desired. He can improve the system he had set up for Saturday mornings. Vince should have more employees available to help customers on a Saturday morning.

There was only one person working inside it took forever and there were lots of people. The one guy working outside was rude telling people to move their cars out of the parking lot when they were there to pick up a truck. However the one guy inside did a great job but clearly needed help.

The line was 8 people deep with only one of the three uhaul staff working the computers. It took an average of 20 minutes to help each customer with what should be the most basic of tasks. I got in line at 10:20, I received my vehicle at 11:50.
