The workers are very polite and as always very helpful and friendly.This location is where I come to when I move and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Freddy AOne of the two gentleman refused to assist. Made it seem like getting the car off the carrier was 100% my liability. He did not even come outside to check on things. The one gentleman informed him he was new to the process. Lucky I was actively involved with the gentleman in Hillside loading the vehicle so I was aware what to do. I got on my back to remove the equipment. I was headed to an event and had to go home and change. I was VERY disappointed.

DELLIANNA HI arrived at 9:15 am and didn't receive my truck until 10:10. There was only 1 person working and the phone was ringing off the hook. The poor guy was by himself and was very patient. I had 5 customers in front of me and 8 behind me in line. Some people walked out. Please schedule more people on a Saturday morning. This is not fair to the guy working!!!!!!!
Sandy VI made reservation days in advance, really needed trolley equipment. Didn't have trolley equipment available at 10 am when I arrived despite reserving. The day was hell with out it.

HANTELISHA PReturned truck Saturday night at 3:00pm. Wrote this review on Monday morning at 7:00am. Still have not received a final check in. I estimated 30 miles and only drove 7 miles. Should be getting an adjusted final receipt. Also, truck was on empty and had to stop and fuel up. Usually rent in MN and this was WI. MN someone always checked the vehicle out when returned. In WI he said I would be receiving an adjusted receipt once the vehicle is checked in, not sure why he didn't get up and check it in. There were no other customers at the location when I returned the truck. Used this location for the hours of operation.

SANDRA HMy truck door would not close all the way, so while driving, it said that my door was open not only that the tire pressure light was on the truck was jumping up and down in jiggling us like you had hydraulics on the truck so I suppose somebody had an accident in that truck and messed the door up and I do have pictures of all of this
PHYLLIS BWaited 20 mins to get service at the counter. I made eye contact with the older man in a baseball cap outside working on the trailers when I walked in. I called the phone several times while waiting at the front desk but no one came thinking someone would come out the back. Another lady walks in later and then the man outside comes in still ignoring me and asks her what he can do for while she behind me. She was kind enough to say I was here first. I said oh he knows that and I've been here quite a while. The older man was extremely rude and would not assist me with the id upload and has for additional contacts the to rent the trailer. I've rented trailers from other locations several times this last month and never had to give emergency contacts. I simply stated this and he barked at me the trailer won't be going anywhere without them and those other uhauls will be getting shut down soon. He was in a terrible mood and the younger man came and finished hooking up the trailer. When I dropped off the trailer the same old was wrenching on some trucks outside and did not bother to assist me with unhitching the trailer. I did it myself and I had to go inside and wait in line to ask them to check me out. The younger guy was inside with a line. Seems like the older man is always isn't into working or assisting customers. Took longer than usual to pick up and drop off a rental. I won't be back to this location.

Alfonzo DFind a way to hire more staff. Depending on the day of the week, staff at this location can be challenged to provide service simply because there are a lot of customers and not enough staff. Overall, they're doing a great job.
RODNEY SI came in on 9/1/24 at 7am to pick up cargo trailer I had reserved. The U Haul Team Member was friendly, efficient, well organized. I was surprised he was by himself on the 1st. But I also like low prices. So only one person needed I suppose . He was able to handle my reservation and those before and after me in what I thought was a timely manner. Safety of the proper hook up of the cargo trailer was also was also a priority to him. Will use again.

MATTIE WI had stored my stuff there for a couple years. Chris and his staff are the best. I really didn't want to leave because how hopefully they are and how will they maintain the place. Chris is a true leader. However the price increases and ever year and twice this year made me look elsewhere. For the time I have been there and I also rent uhauls it's ridiculous. The one I moved to is about 2 miles away and a web price of $78 per month for the same square footage. Regular price is $123 per month. For $123 per month I would have stayed but the increase made me leave. Because what are you going to raise it to next and how much. I won't find out Uhaul made that decision for me.

I don't understand why or how this happened, but I do plan to fight it because this is not the way you handle things and if I am telling you to close out the account that's in my name so that I am no longer charged, I don't understand why this business would refuse. I see that you can't expect much from a ghetto business that commits so many different forms of fraud. This is definitely fraud at its best and here I am with the short end of the stick having to pay all of this money back. It's very unfair and I could never understand something like this.
