KYLE H | Mudanza en líneaI want to give a huge shout out to Nicholas and his manager for taking care of the issue with the storage facility pricing. Nicholas is absolutely amazing and knows what he is doing plus takes the necessary steps to make things right for the customer! I will be back and send others to do business here because if him and his manager!
Shawanna P | Experiencia generalPersonal es muy atento amable dispuesto Lugar siempre limpio presentable
eddie s | Primeras impresionesI was told by the representative on the phone that the first 30 days would be free however when I arrived at the store the employee told me that was incorrect and I had to pay before I could rent the unit. I then discovered that the only available units that were the size I requested were above head and impossible for me to put my items in as they were too heavy for me to do on my own. The employees had left for the evening as it was near closing time when I arrived around 7:45 pm. I called customer service and spoke to 5 different people before I finally got a representative to give me a solution. I’m headed back to the office now to find out what I need to do to rectify the situation. It was a complete mess because the representative that took my request for a storage unit was either misinformed or misleading. Hopefully, I do not have to pay even more money when I return today to speak with the team there today.
Shawanna P | Primeras impresionesEste lugar las personas son muy amables recomendaría este lugar está muy bien ubicado
Adriana L | Experiencia generalUhaul has always been helpful. Especially this location. It is convenient and centrally located and I have used this location on and off for probably the last 15 years. The gentleman who helped me at the desk was very friendly and made my move smooth.
Morgan D | Experiencia generalU vieron problemas con el elevador muchas veces
ULISES M | Experiencia generalIt was one thing after another on the move in day. Firstly the staff was extremely unprofessional. The storage unit I reserved was not as described in the description, it was high on top. So I changed my unit and was told it would be the same price, it was not. Also since I rented a truck I got a free month of storage, it did not apply on my account. I reached out to the manager regarding this issues and nothing was resolved. I even showed screen shots showing evidence of.
