Your staff are over worked. Every single location i went to was short staffed. My first truck smelled like a smokehouse. Powerful cigarettes smell. The whole transaction was her is the key go figure it out. Your system was crushing the entire time we tried to upload the photos. The info loaded the system were inaccurate. Broken parts that were never mentioned. The amount of gas the tools say is higher than what it actually is in the tank. It should not take me to get connected with the district manager yo resolve my issues. Very burocratic and not easy to do business.

The young women were j the front with the black pony tail went out of her way to show me.all the storage spaces on the floor closest to floor 1 and she works so hard all thought she did tell me her name I forgot it but I appreciate Uhual , I definitely recommend others to try this Uhual location.
