This Van has a Roach infestation. When I loaded my boxes I notice a roach in the driver's side area and two in the cargo. I just heard that the boxes I delivered had roaches in side. Also the Van driver side door makes a loud cracking sound and the van felt loose on highway, the van gate that divides the cargo blocks rear visibility.

Was given a call saying I crashed into a car when I wasn't even there. This was fixed after a stern conversation was told they could not refund a charge to charge another card instead. My colleague fixed the issue himself by guiding the person helping us.

Rented truck had a hole and because it rained all night, furniture ended up with water damage. In day of return streets were closed due to filming. Person on phone ( not from location) communicated with location and at first they denied streets were closed, then after admitting streets were closed , refused to talk to me or answer phone after the proposition they made that I keep truck 1 extra night was rejected. Had to drive up wrong way street to return truck. Received no help from store in question

I parked in the wrong lane and everyone started freaking out. If this was going to be such a huge problem you should put better signage on the door. I am 33 years old and I do not like getting reprimanded and given attitude for something so small like that...It was very unprofessional and I don't appreciate being scolded like I am a child. It was an honest mistake.

Hello, we just returned a truck and had an awful experience with a guy (Willie) who was extremely disrespectful, rude and repeatedly said it was “my word against yours” about where the gas was when it left. Come to find out the guy outside put in the wrong truck number so it was only Uhaul’s internal team’s miscommunication In the first place. Willie decided that it was now too childish for him to handle and decided to pass us off to another uhaul member as they both left the store. After 20 minutes later the truck was then left on and went slight below the 25% and as Willie so nicely put it- “those guys are a waste of my time”. By the end, the next gentleman wanted to the charge us$50 for the time the truck spent because it this point it was slightly under the 25% (where it was when we got it!) outside on in their own parking lot because of their bad communication. As an owner of a company myself id take a hard look at what Willie has to offer and why he would feel the need to treat paying customers with so much disrespect from the minute we said hello. I had a bad experience on my reservation

The staff here is rude and not customer-centric. I had a reservation at 1:00 pm and wasn't attended to until almost 1:30 pm. No one acknowledged my presence for over 15 minutes. She looked at me while she was eating her lunch and signaled that I should talk to someone else. When someone finally assisted me, I waited an additional 5 minutes for the associate to finish his tasks before helping me. He asked for all the information I had already entered online and insisted that I repeat all the information I had already taken the time to put into the website when I reserved the vehicle. I didn't leave the facility until 1:45 pm despite having a reservation at 1 pm. This place needs a complete overhaul of staff and management.

The counter assistance had a very bad attitude to welcome customers. And I was charged for two gallons of gas when I only travel for 4 miles. That’s a rip off !!

Staff was rude refused to help me return my trailer, they told me they were closed even though i got in the front door and there were customers everywhere. It was very hard to reverse the trailer by myself. They also told me to use the app to return my equipment to avoid a $20 fee which was charged anyway.

There was a lady who worked there who was just not very friendly at all. Didn’t explain that I would be charged for something without even telling me I could use my own insurance and not pay the extra $11. I had to ask her myself. I don’t know I just should’ve went to be helped by someone else. There was other things as well.

Elevator was under maintenance the day of my storage reservation. No mention of it was made to me either on the time of booking, or before I completed my truck rental. I only found out as I returned with all of my furniture ready to move into storage. This should have been addressed at the time of booking as any professional would.

I would recommend this location for truck rental BUT NEVER STORAGE. I visited their storage facility and there were homeless people living in the building it looked like. One of them even had birds in the storage place. One of them was smoking crack. Complete mess

Lights on the trailer were inop,the blinkers. Tried two different cords.The vehicle was inop after nightfall because there were no turn signals or brake lights. The staff at the facility were excellent however. Real solid and professional.

I would recommended as far as Alexis is not on shift. This time the staff was very friendly, very nice and polite. Good sense of humor. The only downside was that the truck had a very strong smell of dogs. I mean, very strong.

There was a change to my reservation, the time that I wanted to start renting the car did not line up with the time that the actual property where the car was located open. So I was an hour late and it severely delayed my move-in plans to my new apartment it was very stressful

The boy who received the uhaul is always rude, it is the second time that boy has served us and he is always rude. We are clients that we offer a lot of service and I don't think I have that rude person in that position. I don't know whether to take it personally or discrimination because I always go with my husband or always treat clients like that. The first time I asked to speak with the manager and he did not say today the manager is not on duty and today I speak with the assistant manager, I really do not know if I do anything about it.

Almost everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful except for one employee. Understandably working early hours will put anyone in a bad mood, but it isn’t an excuse to treat customers badly. I’m speaking of an Older Hispanic gentlemen that I initially spoke to.

Everyone there is great at their job and have great customer service skills. However, there was a line of people and a long wait because there was only 1 attendant inside working at her best. Only 1 attendant on a weekday. What can you do to improve for the next customer? Have at least 2

The worst moving experience I have ever had. Scheduled the U-Haul and received confirmation for date and pick up. Was informed that I needed to access the app to begin the pick up process once at the location. The app glitched and did not let me initiate the pick up. Was on hold for over one hour with IT and was never attended. Called again and was eventually just transferred to another location. Now I am two hours behind schedule and end up driving even farther to pick the furniture I needed because the individual who had another truck with the furniture I needed could not wait any longer. Absolutely terrible.

Computers a bit slow but my uhaul rep had a great friendly attitude and made everything better. Forget his name but he was super friendly and great comunication. As line backed up he made sure he treated everyone and let them know he’d be with them ASAP .
