There were mice droppings in all of my things. I have to throw out half of the stuff I had in storage because of the rat problem. I paid $130 to keep my things for a month & it wasn’t worth it.

Truck have the gas level not report on the right way , they charge me something didn’t make any sense , 13 miles used and 6 gallons of gas , is it a truck or a plane ?

The NE 1st Ave. Miami location is attempting to extort $300 from me for an alleged scratch on the roof of the van I rented that they are blaming me for. First, I walked the entire vehicle with the attendant and it was free of any damage. He never got up on the bumper to look at the roof nor did he suggest I do so. I am 5'6" tall and the roof of this van is a good 7-8' off the ground. It never occurred to me to climb up onto the bumper and inspect the roof but if this is something your people are trained to look for, the attendant should have done so and invited me to check it. He did neither. I didn't go near anything low not even a tree. I only had the van for about 4 hrs. As soon as I drove in to return, another guy immediately jumped up on the bumper and inspected the roof saying "its all scratched up". I got up there and saw zero scratches--pristine, brand new truck--but he insisted there was a/one scratch along one of the roof ridges. Second, I paid for the damage waiver and IF there was any damage, which obviously I vigorously dispute, the paid damage insurance should cover it. So, I have filed a disputed charge with Bank of America and will be pursuing a charge-back contesting this charge as a fraudulent. Extortion really.

The advertised price of $19.99 came nowhere near close to what we ended up paying for a 4 hour rental. Total price was just under $70.00 excluding gas. I was very displeased with the inaccuracy of prices stated and all of the hidden fees. Very untrustworthy of U-Haul to use this scheme to lure customers.

Other than the trick of getting into the Uhaul location, downtown and its one-way streets, everything with this rental was perfect! Will definitely use them again.

Improve your computer system. It did not seem to be working very well and it delayed the process a bit. Your staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure going there.

Replace the staff they're very lazy!! They just sit and having you do everything. If you walk in and don't speak they will just sit there until you said something or better just go somewhere else!!! We the people needs better service in down town Miami. Miami is not the same as the past five years!! We needs customer service better than it is now!!.

The employees are pleasant and helpful. However, the heat while you are waiting for your vehicle is unbearable, even for Miami. There isn't an awning for people returning or picking up vehicles. Something so simple.

There was not enough staff to handle the volume. It took 25 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. He took the truck and never returned. I had to rely on email for my receipt.

Storage is a getho no light no climate control and probably rats going to eat any food we left in that room it’s also on the 6th floor so the move in was a nightmare on cart wheels but it’s free

I was told by 3 separate customer service personal to check in, without access to the lot via a gate code . I completed check in, did not get gate code access . I have checked in and can no longer legally drive the car. There are literally crackheads knocking on the window ‘offering’ to help. This has wasted 2 hours of my life and I. Am. Fucking. Furious. Your 24/7 hold times are at 45 minutes and running . I have been hung up on once. I will never use uhaul again. This has been FUBARD all night. As a company, eat dicks.

Teach your people that at night trailers must have lights. Mine didn't work for driving at night. I called the Miami location and was told that the trailers don't have running lights!!! Unbelievable!!! So drove to Daytona with no lights!!

When I picked up the truck it had just over 1/4 tank of gas. I was told to bring it back with same amount or I would be charged $4.00 per gallon. I returned the truck that evening after driving only 17 miles. I didn't have time to put gas in, so returned it with just under 1/4 tank. Upon drop-off I was told I would be charged an additional $30.00 because I returned the truck with less than 1/4 tank. The guy said it was in the small print of the contract. THIS IS ESSENTIALLY THEFT. I have never been given a rental vehicle with so little gas in it. This is how this branch sets up customers to be forced into a bogus payment. Uhaul are crooks!

Demetri was extremely helpful and very professional. Parking for customers would be an added plus. Meters very difficult to find. Staff very polite and helpful.

Size of unit was not what I paid for online. Elevator broke down when I tried to move stuff into unit. Staff was very unresponsive to these issues. Would not store here again.

Was pleasant was when I sign in ....BUT , the corridors are always crowded with steps ladders ... the floors are uneven and its hard to use the carts ... elevator not work for 3 days etc etc..

There used to be quite a lot of non-employees trying to offer moving help, at times it felt almost agressive. However during my most recent trips I've noticed a big improvement.
