I rented a CARGO VAN an it was disgusting FULL of roaches of ALL SIZES. I rent this type of vans to use as a vehicle for catering events. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

i had to stand there in front of the guy to wait till he was done text messaging. ridiculous. then i fet the truck and only a quarter tank yet they put it was over a quarter tank of gas. i have yet to revive the break down of my charges.

Your payment system is flawed. I gave a payment before taking out the truck and was charged for it. When I came back to pay the total they asked me to pay the entire thing even though the first half was already charged. I was not going to pay double. Somethimg has to be done about this. Either charge people debit or charge the total whem they return the truck but not before taking it.

Customer Service it’s terrible at this location the people that work there treat me like I was in jail people there work with bad attitude, horrible customer service I always rent at the one in North Miami Beach never had a issue I had to rent to this location because of the proximity of the project I had, will not use this location again rather pay the extra money and go somewhere else.

Need to give more instruction on the truck (both on its features and how to drive it). This is not the easiest task for someone unfamiliar with the truck. However, I received no instruction at all...

When I walked in I had to ask the desk agents for help. They did not greet me or even acknowledge me (they were staring at their phones). They did not describe the difference between the insurance plans. They did not provide clear instructions to follow the man outside. When I got outside the truck was filthy, with cigarette buds, ashes, some blue gooey stuff in the cup holders, and major dents, scratches, and graffiti all over the truck. The truck was also given to me below 1/8th of a tank of gas and the gas light went on before I got on the highway. When I returned the truck, the agent started cursing and told me I would be called to talk about the check-out process on the next day. I was called two days later and asked if I had ever returned the truck. Then my card was charged $445.26 with no call to discuss closing the account as promised. I was sent an invoice for repairs for damage that I did not cause. The invoices were $240.34 and $311.89 (Total: $552.23). I plan to dispute this charge with my credit card company. It would be much better if your staff people communicated more (greeted the customer, provided more information, and communicated professionally).

Arrived (after confirmation the previous day) and the attendant said that There was no place to leave the truck, didn’t suggest anything and didn’t care. After trying to convince him to accept the truck for 10 minutes, 2 people arrived gave him a hug (clearly they were friends) and the attendant in fact received their truck. I lost over 1+ hour, almost lost my flight and when I called corporate for them to help, the lady didn’t seem to be interested in my problem and suggested to take it elsewhere. Extremely disappointed at the corporate “resolution” and this franchisees attitude and negligence. Unacceptable. From this event the computer has lost a loyal client.

The van was nice and new, but the location and it's employees were overall unprofessional. When I picked up the van I was approached by a homeless person who led me to believe that he worked there. I then asked the employee giving me the van if he worked there and he said "no, that guy just hangs out here". The homeless person wanted me to take some package and deliver it for him. I had no idea what was in it and told him that I couldn't help. When I refused he became angry. The employees did nothing to intervene and basically just shrugged it off. It was a very awkward position to be in. I will never rent from this location again.

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE LOCATION AND LEFT A MESSAGE IN PERSON FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK AND WAITED 2 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT HEARD OF HIM, I WAS OVERCHARGED AND WILL BE CALLING AMERICAN EXPRESS TO NOT PAY THE OVERPAYMENT THAT I AM BEING CHARGED . HECTOR 305-725-5656

I returned this rental (21434822) to the Miami 1000 NE 1st depot at about 11.30 of the 21st and handed it back to a pleasant young black gentleman, he said all was fine and later that day $51.87 was taken from our account to cover our cost and we were forwarded a receipt for that amount. That should have been the end of the matter but we have now received a contract with the same number (21434822) saying that the truck was returned on November 29th to a different (unspecified) depot with some damage and now further money has been taken from our credit card. This second hire has nothing to do with me, if you check your records (and CCTV if you have it) then you will see that I returned the truck at about 11.30 on the 21st. If there was a later hire of that truck it was nothing to do with me. It would appear that your staff have sent it out on a second hire using the same contract number as mine. I actually flew out of Miami on the 24th and am now in Sydney Australia. I require the return of the overpaymemnt to my credit card please. I would be grateful for an early response to this please.

The manager of this store has horrible customer service. This is not the first time we have to deal with her, I don’t know if it’s her or if it’s the location overall, but we have always had trouble here. They didn’t want to refund me for 4 miles that I didn’t use on the truck very unfair.

Fix the driveway etc. uneven, holes etc. you drive your truck through a ripped down fence to drop off a trailer. The guys working the yard are great!!

The 26' moving truck I rented was DANGEROUS! The wipers didnt work, the driver door was about to come off the hinges and water leaked through the driver window when it rained....Of all the trucks on the lot I got the one that literally put me in danger on the road. I can accept almost anything except when my safety is in jeopardy.
