Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe access card readers would sometimes not allow me access which was frustrating at times. It is NOT a reflection of the current manager but of her predecessor. Whomever designed the access reader mounting arrangement needs to go back and take some ergonomic and electronics courses. The signage differentiating business hours and off-hours access need to be more clear as to which reader is required to be use. I also rented an RV spot. The electric 'eye sensor positioning prevented me from pulling any examination or servicing to the front of the RV closest to the fence line. Again, frustrating when you have a 40' motorhome already sticking out 3' into the traffic lane. Perhaps putting it a bit closer to the fence line would alleviate that?
Charles B | Experiencia generalWhile I rated the overall experience and facilities a four it could have well been a five forgoing that the young ladies who checked me in were less than customer friendly. The check out crew was good.
GARY F | Experiencia generalFrom family member.
PAULETTE F | Primeras impresionesAnthony was very helpful along with the manager , Tisha .
RONALD P | Primeras impresionesi like the facility. it was convenient. the drive in thing was cool, plenty of hand carts were available, making my load in very fast. i loved that a lock was waiting for my inside my unit, eliminating my need to purchase one. the first month free helped, especially considering i was paying several months in advance.
WILLIAM G | Primeras impresionesStaff at the U-Haul facility in Los Lunas was extremely helpful and always friendly. They took really good care of us! Thank you!!!
FRANKIE G | Experiencia generalThe staff was very professional, friendly and overall a great experience. I felt my storage was very secure. All in all, I recommend this storage facility to anyone.
Marlon E | Experiencia generalThis location was perfect for us and our RV. The staff was extremely helpful. My only recommendation would be to explain the details of offering “electrical” at the rv space. It was a trickle charge for just a couple hours a day and not a continuous charge. This caused some panic as I had a freezer and fridge full of food that we were needing on our trip 10 days after our initial storage. Fortunately the manager allowed us to put our frozen food in their freezer for that time. Saving me a few hundred dollars in having to replace this food. If the need for storage ever arises we will return.
DEENA M | Experiencia generalU-Haul was SO much safer, and much better run than any other storage locations in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the many "extras" available and the "green room" for sharing un-needed items was a nice "community service" touch. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have used storage facilities before and this one rates the best so far.
RENEE A | Primeras impresionesThanks for always supporting us with our needs!
DEBRA T | Experiencia generalI had wanted a larger unit when I started but none were available. Ended up taking to smaller units side by side but found I teally only needed the small one. The employee was very courteous and kind with taking the second unit off. Turning the unit back in was very simple. This facility rocks!
LAURIE H | Experiencia generalThanks
DAVID S | Primeras impresionesThanks. Great job and enjoyed meeting your staff.
DAVID S | Experiencia generalCouldn't access the potty would be my only complaint. Wouldn't take my code and an employee watched me fight with the door and didnt offer help.
