I now have three units at the facility. Overall it is very nice. However, I am concerned because I have seen German cockroaches crawling the halls both times I have been at the facility.

I always feel like I'm cattle being rushed through the line when I'm dealing with this location. The sales people at the counter are too fast, to a point where things aren't explained properly and you miss half of what they say and you end up paying for items you would have declined had they mentioned them where you could understand them. I talk fast, and even I can't understand half of it. When calling to make a payment on our unit, they're always in too big of a hurry and are not nice at all. The ONLY nice worker there is named Leslie. She's the only one I'd like to deal with at this location. Everyone else needs to take some customer service notes from her. I've worked with the public for 15 years in different jobs and I've never treated anyone the way they do here. Also, the day I rented the unit, the man rushed me so fast I had to practically run to keep up with him. Advice: Slow down, make sure customers understand everything, and if not take the time to make sure they do. You're not getting paid by the amount of people you get through your line, so chill.

I also was unaware that the building couldn't be accessed after 10 pm.. my truck was due back at 11pm.. but when I showed up a little after 10 I couldn't unload the truck so I had to rent for another day and refuel the truck since I had to drive it back home then back in the morning to unload..

While the overall space was clean they need to make some upgrades, fix the flooring, some doors never worked the entire time we rented there, clean and properly stock the bathroom, and clean the carts occasionally.
