Excellent place for storage when needed. Manager is very friendly and helpful as was the staff.
Only problem was they failed to check me out of the units once I notified them they were empty. I received a late notice on payment which I did not owe.
The process was smoothly executed by staff, who was extremely proficient, very friendly, and eager to assist .
The Jonesboro store is the NICEST U-Haul facility I have ever used!! Steve and his staff are very professional and very helpful. The people in the office were very helpful. The General Manager knew me by name and was very friendly each time I came in.
We had damage to a few of our items in our unit, specifically a bed. The manger handled the situation very poorly. Luckily the corporate office was made aware and they properly resolved the issue.
This location has always been helpful, even recommended a great restaurant to eat at since I am new to the area.

The customer service I received on the phone was excellent!!! They we're awesome about reserving a storage unit for me when I'm moving back to the Jonesboro area very soon from so far away.
The guys at U-Haul were very helpful. The store was very busy for a Saturday afternoon but they dealt with me and every other customer as if we were the most important. They were friendly and respect.

I had a climate control unit. King Mattress was ruined by water coming up thru the concrete, no moisture barrier below the concrete. Because I hadn’t taken out additional insurance No compensation!🤬
Getting access was difficult since the staff (except for the manager) could never find my boxes in the system. Staff couldn't schedule time to see box since only manager had access to forklift.
