I used the after hours pick up with my mobile device. The right size truck was there, in the location specified, the appliance dolly was in the back of the truck, the instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Thumbs up!

It was not a great experience over the phone getting reservations at all! Because the 1st person I talked to was rude and obnoxious! As also the second person was talking over you& you couldn't get a word in edge wise..then finally a lady got on took my reservations and it was ok! But my experience coming in to get the rental was great! The young lady was helpful nice and sweet! Then returning the rental was great also! I will use uhaul again!!

Every time I pressed the brake the emergency parking brake light would lite up. Should warn people because I thought I had broken the truck within 3 minutes of driving it. Also the Employee when picking it up was awesome, when dropping it off I had to wait 15 minutes before speaking to anyone. Not very good customer service when dropping it off.

I originally had a reservation for Friday,but they claimed I was late and canceled my reservation and said the soonest I could get a truck was Sunday and I was supposed to be out of the apartment were I was still able to stay luckily until Sunday. Besides that everything went smoothly.

I scheduled my pickup online and choose a different drop off location, only to be told when I got there that I had to return the can to the location I rented it from. Which cost me double mileage, gas and time. When I complained about this to the kid at the desk his response to me was to just shrug. Then when we did the walk around if the vehicle he said he would mark the things I found wrong, but didn't. I had to follow him back into the store and make him make note of the defects present on the van. He then put in other things in the computer rather than what I saw and pointed out to him during the walk around. I had to then make him edit it to show the correct information. Then to top the whole experience off, when I took the van back there was not a single person in the store and me and my husband had to spend a quarter of an hour trying to find someone in the parking lot. Horrible customer service, irresponsible staff and a website that does not acuractly reflect the pick up and drop off of equipment. Since when can you not drop off u haul equipment at the closest place to where she finish with it at? It's not right that I had to pay extra to drive it all the way back to Jonesboro instead of being able to drop it off in Paragould as I had scheduled.

I requested the rental on Monday & was told I would get a phone call Tuesday to confirm my request & may have to pick up the rental at another location, I waited until 3 Tuesday afternoon with no call so I went to the location (Jonesboro) to see if there was any news on my rental. The attendant looked up on the computer & said yes u are n at10 Weds, I feel I should had a call to confirm the rental without having to drive there to inquire! The attendant was very nice & I was on my May!
