Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery professional and extremely helpful staff, I would recommend this business to anyone
Tommy J | Experiencia generalLove the staff. Still hate the clunky uhaul app. Would suggest threshhold ramps to make dollies roll in and out easier.
Milford C | Experiencia generalThe place to go if you need to store something. I will go back if I need to store anything again
Lewis H | Experiencia generalClean and easy to access. The office staff was very friendly.
Charles S | Experiencia generalGreat people, very friendly and understanding
Jere K | Experiencia generalWe rented the large storage for 3 years and had no issues.
Marcella M | Experiencia generalBrandy is amazing anytime I had the opportunity to work with her she was always kind and understanding and always took care of any situations I had. I think she deserves a raise. I did struggle with some of the other reps you had when I had to deal with them but overall it was a pleasant experience for the most part.
SARAH H | Experiencia generalVery neat and clean storage facilities only complaint would be the 2” step up from parking area to inside the storage it’s hard to roll heavy items inside with a dolly
Kevin B | ReservaciónExcellent facility, but hard to access gates from vehicles. They have newly dumped rock, and not tamped down causing car to get stuck, plus walking hazard. Staff was friendly and very easy to work with. But expensive to rent compared to other facilities.
Jenifer C | Experiencia generalWould highly recommend this storage facility as it was very clean and no bugs. Other storage facilities we have used in the past were dirty and had bugs. This facility was excellent! The gals in the office were very nice, informative and helpful as well. Would highly recommend this storage facility in Jefferson City, TN. Thank you!
Jerry J | Experiencia generalWe very much enjoyed the storage facility. Unfortunately, we moved and it was just a little too far for us. It was a great experience for the years we were there . Thank you so much for keeping it clean !
KATHERINE S | Experiencia generalThe ladies were very polite and nice and they explained everything very well and I would use it again
JAMES W | Experiencia generalGreat overall experience renting a unit. Helpful and friendly staff that always satisfied my needs.
Randall R | Experiencia generalBrandy is working the office by herself. She is awesome and deserves a raise. She is a great asset to your company. Thanks Brandy for taking care of our needs.
KENT M | Experiencia generalAmazing people!! Helped my wife Becky and I () out tremendously. We just moved from Nevada and needed to find a storage unit too put our side by side, hauling trailer and dirt bike in and they were super easy and friendly to deal with. They went above and beyond for us after our furniture was being delivered from the moving company we hired and placed 2 of their largest units on hold for us so we could have the driver check and make sure he could get his 18 wheeler into the unit. Even after we found out the driver could not get his 18 wheeler into the storage unit driveway they offered to let us use one of the uhaul trucks to transport our furniture from the rig into the storage unit. We ended up having to find another storage unit so the driver wouldn’t charge us $1000 extra. We would definitely recommend Affordable Storage Guys storage facility to anyone!!
KEVIN R | Experiencia generalGreat experience! We felt very like our items were in a secure space. It was well maintained and clean! Thank you!
