I spoke with someone in May and asked to be moved into a smaller unit since I was only using a quarter of the large unit I was in. I was told I was being put on a waiting list. I watched as you auctioned off many smaller units but I was never contacted to move. When I called back at the end of September to find out if I was going to get a smaller unit, the guy didn't know what I was talking about so the original guy never put the note on my file. The outside of the facility is trashed. Cardboard and garbage all in the gravel and along the sides of the parking area. The brush along the edge has overgrown the driveway so it scratches your vehicle. And the driveway desperately needs paved. Potholes in the pavement and gravel. When I moved in 3 years ago, everything was fine. It's has really gone downhill since then.

I was willing to take a hit on the 5 day notice but then I was told that I would be responsible for the entire month and would not be given a refund for the days not used.
RHONDA S. | Overall ExperienceFirst I will say that I have used this storage building off and on for 6 years thus year new management took over and you can tell. There no convenience of a kiosk and I had called because I couldn't find my gate code sitting in front of the unit and I was told let me contact someone higher up and they will call you. I waited for 30 min finally found My gate code in an email and never got that call. Now the hours of access to you stuff is limited not everyone has access to get there during those hours I had to wait a month just to get my stuff out because the hours were not conducive to a person who works 12 hours days. So with that said thus is experience your may not be the same......oh and I never had a problem with bugs till this year.
BREANN H. | Overall ExperienceThis place sucks. I didn't move willingly. They forcefully kicked me out because I "threatened" them with leaving a bad review. They were just mad they couldn't rip us off and change our rent from $35 a month to $95 a month. Garbage people. Garbage place.
