linda h | Experiencia generalBrad was great to work with, nice storage facility!
Cheryl R | Experiencia generalOnly suggestion would be to have an individual code to access the storage area vice the same one for everyone entering. Very pleased and rented for about 10 years!
VALERA B | Experiencia generalI rented a climate controlled space for the last 4 years. I never had any issues and the staff went out of their way to help when I lost my keys. The units are always clean. Very conveniently located. Great experience.
Joanna C | Experiencia generalI loved the owner he is so sweet and truly a nice man, everything here was simple and never had issues for the time I had a unit
TIARA S | Experiencia generalIf I ever needed a storage facility in the future, I plan on using this one.
tabytha b | Experiencia generalThis was a unit my elderly mother rented. Everyone in the office was very kind & helpful to her. When she died & I needed to arrange transfer from out of state, Brent was companionate, professional & helpful with arranging transportation
Noreen R | Experiencia generalI was very pleased with my experience at Bell Fork Storage and the only reason I cleaned out my unit was because I only had a few items left inside and it just wasn't making sense to pay to store those few things. I have stored items at other facilities here in Jacksonville and my experience with your facility was far better than any of those. Anytime I had to communicate with you, you were always helpful and friendly. I would recommend your facility to anyone looking for a storage unit. Keep up the great work!
MARTI D | Experiencia generalGreat place. Safe, clean and the staff is amazing. I would absolutely recommend Bellfork Storage.
Andrea S | Experiencia generalAwesome customer service - they really helped us out when we were moving and even stayed late when we were delayed in getting to the storage facility the first time.
Paul P | Experiencia generalThis place was amazing. Well maintained and always clean. Access to my unit was never an issue.
