I was forced into a 2 unit side by side when I initially signed up because the larger size was not available - and when I downsized and did not need the 2nd unit I was not able to cancel the empty one because I was told they were a "set" - because of that I would not rent there again or recommend to a friend.

With a line of 8 people and 3 of which walked out bc they just wanted to purchase moving supplies and no one explained the policy’s just yelled at me for not knowing them
