The lady who checked me in and walked me through the process was so sweet and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she worked that night a long with a gentleman who was getting the uhauls ready for everyone. They both were amazing and very accommodating

NIESHA J | Overall ExperienceThe cleanest and most secure storage facility I’ve used. Could not be more impressed. My only suggestion is more moving carts inside. There was only one time when I couldn’t locate one. Luckily I only had a small box to grab, but it could have been bad should I have had more to pick up.

Latonya B | Overall ExperienceThere was one very rude customer service rep, with the long earlobes, who did not speak when I entered until it was time for me to step up to the counter. He took me and another elderly man at the same time. Maybe he did it because he was there by himself. He looked like he hates his job so much and it showed. Other than that, everyone else was nice and pleasant. He would make me turn back around if I see him there again as I did not feel comfortable with his service.
