Only thing I didn't like about this storage place is all the extra fees. They call a day or two after you haven't paid requesting a payment. The calls become overwhelming especially if someone is in the middle of being homeless. I have used a different storage company for 2 years & my items was never sold. Some items in my storage I can't get back like my boyfriend's grandfathers ashes. The read my payment got behind is because I wasn't able to make it to work for 2 months. I'm not happy with this storage company at all, I would never recommend it.
