Return system was cumbersome to use,
HUBERT THad a small issue but the guy that came in that morning named Will he really save the day for me. Appreciate the assistance he gave that morning and that afternoon when I returned the Dolly.

grecian dLoved the online check in. Wish there was a way the key was in a lock box to pick up instead of having to go to the counter when it is busy. Had to wait for the key. Drop off was not easy with on line drop off. There was a discrepancy with how muhh ch gas I owed for 30 miles to pay $22.50 when I dropped it off with same amount of gas when I left. The guy at the counter at first basically had a bad time with me but cleaned it up and yet realizing the situation was wrong. He made it right which I appreciated. I would use this location again.

MATTHEW LPapers left in truck from last customer with personal info, but this truck was better than most I have gotten from uhaul. It does sound like a belt is going out and possibly needs brakes. Blonde woman is beyond rude. The other staff was nice. After 18 days of renting, wherein i left Uhaul parked there overnight and drove during day, I got a hostile call telling me I was parked in a restricted area and had to move it. Ok, but I did ask permission on day one and after18 days I had no idea it was a problem. The whole time the guy is talking to me I could hear the woman bitching in his ear. She finally grabbed the phone from him and started bitching at me too. I was 90 min away and couldn't come move it- told them they could move it but they said they didn't have a key (sure, ok). I tried to extend my rental again but wasn't allowed, app said a family was waiting to use the truck. I returned truck and counted 17 of the same in the parking lot. Oh well. It was a pain but someone else got my business after that.

JUDITH WU-Haul does not know the meaning of the word reservation.. Reserving equipment/trucks does not guarantee that you will get what you reserved. Also, the truck that I rented had less than 1/8 of a tank of gas in it. Luckily there was a gas station by U-Haul. The $7 fuel credit was not worth the anxiety of trying to return the truck with only 1/8 of a tank of fuel. Luckily, the people at U-Haul were friendly.
David YThe young gentleman that was helping me made it seem like it was an inconvenience that he was helping me with the truck. What I ordered was not available so the moved me to a bigger truck, which they also had issues with which one to give me. The mileage to start was not correct so had to make the trip back into the store to have this corrected. The truck itself had issues with the ignition and you had to fight to get it unlocked to start. This was an experience that I have never had before and makes me really question if I will ever use U-Haul again in the future.
MICHAEL PFix the UHaul app. The app assigned a truck at a different location other than my contract location and when I return the truck i was charged a wrongdropoff fee.
David RThe man that signed me in for my reservation was amazing , when returning the vehicle the manager seemed rude without a very welcoming voice. Along with this the vehicle i got passenger door didn't open or close but the light remained on the dash saying it was open. It was stuck basically but overall a decent experience for the first time

PATRICIA BAs a 78 year old on a fixed income, the $19.95 gimmick is ludicrous. I thought I was going to save money...that didn't happen. By the time $.79/per mile and gas is added, one is out over a hundred dollars! Needless to say, it was a lesson learned. I will gladly say to anyone planning to use that gimmick DON'T DO IT!!!!!! It's a ripoff!!

JACKIE Hin my contract it was planned that I bring the truck on Thursday 28 at 6:00 p.m. I brought the truck that same day at 4:00 a.m. and your office was already closed and for that you charged me moreover I did not even use the truck you can see that by the mileage. Also when I return, the guy told me that he will check me in and you am good go. But next morning, still didn't check in app shown over due return, it's scary because if someone stole the equipment, it will be on me because it didn't check in for night.

GARY MEmployees here are always rude and inattentive to the customer in front of them. This is consistent across the multiple employees that have been encountered there. Will seek alternatives for future needs.
Jarod WHad a reservation at 10. They were not ready for it. I was asked to come back in an hour and it would be ready. I came back 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready. I had to wait about another hour to get my ubox and truck. The truck smelled bad and was even middint the dial for the fan control. Couldn't even turn on the heat. Was told I was going to get a 50$ credit, never happened. Worst place ever!

TROY DThere was less than 1/8 of a tank of gas in the vehicle, so I needed to visit a station immediately after pick up. There were no 15' trucks at the pickup site, so they gave me an longer more cumbersome truck. When I got to the site to move my item, it became obvious that the dimensions of the opening at the back of the truck as listed on the website were not accurate, so I couldn't move the item with the truck. Please check on the accuracy of the posted heights and door openings of these vehicles.
Alexandra HThe return process needs to be better! There was a guy waiting in front of me an I was in line for 20 minutes an I dont know how long he was waiting! So I had to call in the office to see if I can just drop off the tow dolly or just wait in line! They told me I can just drop it off where they had it setting where they connected to my truck! An once I started unhooking it a nice guy in a little white hyundia pulls up an gets out an helps me! He was a nice guy an he stated once he goes to break everyone disappears! The guy was truly nice an I understand what he is sayn! If the drop off experience was better an doesn't take as long would be great! I will rent from uhaul again! The tow dolly road smooth an worked great an the price of renting it was pretty good

JEFF RI really wanted to use the app to quickly check in and out without having to stand in line. It should be like Hertz Gold where I can simply show up, find my truck ready, and go. Taking a selfie, taking photos of drivers license and odometer and gas is a bit ridiculous when I ended up in a line anyways.

KATHLEEN SMake sure to have the truck in place when you guys complete the paperwork. We got there around 8:05am and the lady at the front desk was talking care two customers at the same time, excellent customer service. However the truck they designed to us was not in the parking lot we have to look the hall parking lot and we never found it so we have to go inside and wait in line so they can give us another truck. She was working with two customers so we waited for 25 minutes so we lost time in our schedule. We were happy for the customer service she gave us until we couldn't find the truck. Plus the box was dirty dusty and I have to clean it before I put my furniture inside. I will return to this location? Yes, I just hope they improve this issue. Gracias

I haven't gotten a recipe as of yet there was alot of customers so I was told to leave keys and the dolly would be removed but my charge was more than the original price. Gas was less then what was claimed I took a picture but don't think that was credited either

Augustine D | Overall ExperienceI spoke with a team member Saturday morning over the phone who assured me that since I was somehow booked for an inside unit online that I would be able to switch to an outside unit once I arrived in person. Once I got to the location I was met by a worker who informed me that there were no outside units and also informed me that I was booked for a small unit and that the website only allows you to get the small unit for the first month free deal. He then stated that if I scratched his back by paying him $50 that he would give me the one month free deal. He also stated that on my paperwork it would say that the one month was free and that the next month I would have to pay $129. He was attempting to scam me. When returning the truck later on that day I literally stood by why he made a similar deal with an older gentleman that was there in line in front of me. I took my business elsewhere and asked them to cancel out my contract. However since I am receiving this email I assume they did not. So I guess I will have to call in. Horrible experience!!!
