I rented the unit longer than anticipated but never had an issue. Everyone in the office was very polite and helpful. The unit was easy to get to and monitored with security cameras at all times. If I ever have a need for storage again I’ll use this facility again.

I had contacted a few other storage facilities before I called here. Even though it was close to closing time, the representative took the time to answer all of my questions. I decided that this was the place that I wanted to rent from so I told them I was on my way to sign the forms. I was not familiar with the city therefore I got lost and then stuck in traffic. I called them back and they told me no problem that they could start the application on the phone and wait at the office till I arrived. Upon arrival (which was after office hours) I was greeted professionally and shown my new storage unit. I am so glad that I rented from this location because I received stellar service my entire stay.
