The truck and staff were great. The online process is a mess. It took 30 minutes once we arrived to get our truck. The verification process required phone calls. The extra information requested could have been sent at the time of booking instead of sending it once we arrived on site. Not sure if I'll use the mobile system again.

The code on the lock that was given on the app did not end up matching the lock that was on the lockbox. I had to call customer service who walked me through several codes before it worked. Felt like it wasted my time some and some stress as I had people waiting on me but the vehicle itself worked fine. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience but just a little more to the process than I was expecting.

Hitch mount on the Utility trailer was broken, which made it very hard to attach and detach. Trailer had debris inside from previous renters. Will be using a different location in the future for the following personal data security reason, Personnel were using personal devices to collect drivers licenses for the rental.

I had to drive to a location different than the one on my contract which was 8 miles farther. I had to hookup all equipment with no help guiding my car onto the tow dolly. The tires were nearly slick and I got stuck which cost $125 and guess what? The $120 insurance didn't cover it. Really great experience.

I debated whether to put this on the "check-in" as the truck runs fine. BUT - it may need new struts. That was one of the LONGEST six hour drives I've ever done because of the significant "bouncing" action! Again, certainly it is not a critical issue but something to look at for sure.

We got a 26” trucks and a car tow dolly that we’d been told would be fine to use on the dolly. Once picking up equipment and trying to load the car on the dolly, we realized the car wouldn’t load correctly. I tried calling and waited for a long time, the location was closed at this point so my husband brought the dolly back immediately because we couldn’t use it. The lady on the phone with U-Haul said she give me the refund for the tow dolly and the insurance we paid for it. She said I should get it within 3-5 business days but 7 days later and no refund still. I’ll be contacting the person she said was the regional manager next

The uhaul truck was not on full tank when we picked it up and the gas hand never moved while using truck. I payed 20 dollars in gas before returning truck and they wanted the receipt which my husband no longer had when picking up remainder of deposit the next day. Did not get my deposit back and had to pay an extra 2 dollars. Very unacceptable ??

The truck was nasty and covered in red clay on the inside and out. There was trash in the floor and box. The ashtray was full of ashes. The whole center console was sticky and the whole cab reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to drive the truck the whole time with the window down.

Charging .99 cents a mile for an in town move is pretty nigh considering you are paying for rental of the truck as well. Why so high? It does not cost you .99 cents for wear and tear of the vehicle. Other than that, I appreciate the service you provide.

I gave this location a five star review because of their excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. I was in and out with everything I needed in less than 15 minutes. From a Uhaul corporate point of view, being transparent (not just in the fine print buried somewhere) about the customers "guaranteed" reservation and how it's really the customers "preferred" time and rental location and how it's subject to change, would improve customer trust when said reservation does change unexpectedly. My reservation time and location changed shortly after I made the initial reservation that produced a confirmation document stating the original time and location. This would be akin to making a hotel room reservation and then later being informed that your room has moved to a different hotel in town with a different check in time. Yes dealing with rental equipment is more difficult inventory wise, but the response from the customer is the same who expects what he or she has seemingly been "guaranteed".

Honestly in my experience of using uhaul, this office had the best customer service and they take pride in the Uhual name keeping all the equipment in top working order. I want to tell them all thank you for having pride and ownership in the Uhual name and keep up the exceptional customer service. I would rate much higher than a 5 if they'd let me! Amazing office and highly recommend you use them for your storage and Uhual needs. On a side note convent location right off the highway and tons of self storage options.

I wasn’t informed about my contact properly so I was charged double for my equipment. When I called back the employee Regina was rude and would not help me just kept telling me to call U-Haul.

I had to wait to be served because the worker was on the phone.....personal call. I waited in excess of 5 min. When I returned the truck she remarked that the truck was returned wet due to me trying to clean the bed from dirt. She stated that I should have left it dirty. I felt very uncomfortable.

The floor had not been swept, however I did sweep it so as not to be charged. We put fuel back in to the 3/4 tank but because the gas guage would fluctuate when being driven it showed something different when parked. I was told it had 5/8 of a tank so I was charged $16. I am not happy about this. We rent U-haul frequently various things. We have rented 5 times in the last 3 years. I will not rent again. I'll use the competition.

The employees were so bad. It took an hour and a half to do something that should have only taken about 15 mins. They screwed up my bank account by charging my account 3 times. So i had to call and straighten it out. I will never use uhaul again even if that means paying more money. UHAUL SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THESE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!
